I've never lived in such an Atour before. 1. The hotel has made false advertising. It is marked as 25-28 square meters on Ctrip, but it is actually only 15 square meters. You can see that the TV is almost sticking to the face. 2. The late-night porridge and yukata listed on Ctrip are not provided. 3. The hotel TV screen projection cannot be used. 4. The hotel environment is chaotic, with several hotel front desks on the same floor, multiple hotel apartments sharing one building, confusing staff, and few elevators. 5. The most important thing is that the hotel started to hear the sound of renovation at 11 o'clock in the morning, and the impact drill was constantly hitting the wall. I contacted the hotel front desk and asked them to see what was going on, but there was no reply for 20 minutes. I called back and told them that they came to my floor and didn't hear any sound. I would like to ask if your hotel service staff have bad ears that they can't even hear the sound of the impact drill. This sound not only affects sleep, but also makes people uncomfortable staying in the room. 6. I told them to stop the renovation noise for a while because I still had an hour to check out.
