The room is clean and tidy, the buffet is average, and I feel good about myself. Most of the waiters are ethnic, with very good attitudes and good looks. It’s a pity to give it a try if you want to feel the ethnic customs.

The environment is noisy, the sound insulation is poor, the door lock is broken and someone locked it in the bathroom. I made multiple phone calls before they were dealt with. The call records are attached.

The hotel lobby is well decorated and the rooms are nice. Although they are a bit old, they are clean and tidy. The bath water is hot and large, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Special praise to the girl at the front desk for her warm and thoughtful attitude, answering all questions, and being very attentive. If there is an incident in the middle, the phone service staff will basically handle it within 2 minutes. I forgot to issue an invoice when I left, so I contacted the sister at the front desk and immediately added WeChat to issue an electronic invoice. It completely changed my concerns when I booked a room online, "because the reviews were not high." Next time I go to Urumqi, it has to be this hotel.
