The hostel was okay, but you should be aware that people smoke in almost the whole hostel. There is a room for non-smokers on the bottom floor, but other than that, you’ll likely feel the smoke. Even in my room (which was a smoke-free room), I could feel the smoke, as the other people would sometimes not close the door😅

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Urumqi! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a few nights. The staff were super friendly and helpful — they always smiled and made me have good feelings. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s also a great place to meet other travelers and relax after exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi!

參加烏魯木齊馬拉松，2025年8月27日一人入住，連住27、28、29、30日即四晚，每個房間放3至4張單人的雙層床，分上下鋪，男女房間分開，且男女分開使用公用衞浴。床鋪乾淨，一人一換。另有一個公共活動場地。店家見我老頭給我安排下鋪，又幫我手機連了wifi。該旅社因價格便宜，吸引很多人住，特別30號晚住滿了。31號下午我遲了回到住處，還要沖洗，店家也沒意見，給賽拉維青年旅社好評。以後如有機會再去烏魯木齊，不仿再住該旅社。

老闆是兩個男生，我去人特好，我手機丟了又給我調監控又給我找手機，還養了貓咪，胖胖的，特別可愛，能把貓咪養這麼好～能是什麼壞人呢，然後有吸煙區和無煙區，挺好的，有洗衣機，空調一直開着免費，床單一客一換，自己鋪床，很安心，床墊是那種記憶海綿類型，特別軟很舒服。每天都會按時打掃衞生。旁邊靠近商圈，蜜雪冰城啥的都有，附件有農貿市場，裏面東西都是本地人再買，買水果啥的很方便，然後那邊有一家燒烤特別特別好吃來了三天每天都吃，那個烤麪筋絕了。旁邊就是公交站，交通方便

Okayisch hostel for one night. They let me check in early and stored my luggage which was very nice. It’s also the cheapest option for foreigners. Other than that there’s no atmosphere and it’s quite noisy. The smoke free living room is dirty and so was the bed I rented (crusty dirt on the bed shelf and dusty stuff laying around, not the kind of dirt you’ll archive during one night). The smell in the hostel is a bit funky too.
The location is far from everything. 1 hour to downtown and around the same to the train stations, nothing interesting in the area as well. If you plan to stay longer maybe spend a bit more :)
