酒店位置好，前台不知道是經理還是誰，房間無線網不回連立馬到房間幫忙連接了，還主動問需不需要電視也調一下，還提醒最近要降温需要添加衣服，服務真的很貼心，房間裏就能看到紅山公園，房間很乾凈，安排的房間很滿意，退房時還免費延遲了，行李多還幫忙提行李，很愉快的一次入住體驗了，強烈推薦哦[強][強]

酒店在時代廣場旁邊，離紅山公園也比較近，門口坐個公交車直達小西門，紅山公園，還有免費的停車場，酒店裡面有免費的礦泉水，非常方便房間衞生很乾凈，酒店工作人員也很負責，還給我免費升級了房間，房間有獨立的無線網，電視還可以投屏，有投影儀，房間也特別乾淨，房間很安靜，適合情侶入住，也適合一些出差的人，非常推薦入住，很滿意[強][強]

因為有外籍人士 特意選擇了涉外酒店
到酒店是凌晨一點 前台沒有人 但等的時間不長
衹等了2.3分鐘 服務人員就下來了
接着提交證件 被告知 店長説 不允許外籍人員入住 那為什麼詳情頁要寫允許 凌晨一點不接受我們入住 我提問 那讓我們去哪 服務人員説 他也不知道 體驗特別不好 最後我自己想可能是是因為怕麻煩
我住了兩天 因為烏魯木齊涉外酒店很少 衹能選擇這裏
第二天 更搞笑的事出現了 我們出去吃完飯 回到酒店 停車場 不讓進了 我走進去 確實挺滿了 不過還是可以停的 下面會附圖 我一看 全是新A的牌照 這就讓人很難不多想 酒店停車是免費 但不是為了省錢 只是覺得酒店有提供停車場 為什麼我不享用 難道因為我是外地牌？進到前台 我問 為什麼大家都停進來 都堵着車呢 差我一個嘛 有一個黑衣服的女的 是店長還是老闆 回覆我 那沒辦法 就是進不來 所以我更加確定 就因為我們是外地牌照 是外籍人士 所以區別對待！
酒店衞生就不説了 床上有頭髮 不止一根 我們都是直頭髮 沒關係 我自己習慣帶四件套 所以沒有要求換四件套
也有好的 這邊比較幹 水喝的多 每次要水 都會給送 都是免費的 還有紙巾
但是誰也不會因為多喝了幾瓶水就會給好評 只是想説出實情

環境很差、停車位特別狹窄、技術不好別進去倒出來很麻煩。房間拖鞋一次性、但是丟失或者帶走要30元、是重複用。服務員冷冰冰的臉、説沒有標準間了想隨意換一大一小床的低價房、給她看了訂單後她又有了標準間、不明白是留給誰？總之是為了寵物友好定的她家、實在是差了點！

在主路之外的一小個巷子，爬坡進入，停車位比較小，狹窄，回來晚了沒有停車位，最後自己自費停到了外面其他人家的收費停車場，還好也不算貴。
服務人員比較冷漠，有點希爾頓服務人員的感覺，哈哈！
酒店一樓是大堂，旁邊是一個飯店，樓上是住宿區，整體環境一般吧，也就是因為旅遊旺季，不然真的不值這個價格

開了一個 大銀幕投影儀房間。 就想好好的看會電影。但是投影儀是壞的。要求換一間房告訴我酒店滿房了。無語死了。衹能吃個虧了。 各位住友温馨提示：住宿時一定要檢查一下設備設施。不行馬上換房間。不要自己慢慢修。修到最後衹能無奈接受了。
