Decent stay in Urumqi for 3 nights, family room is big and well designed. The front desk staff, securities and cleaning team are friendly and did good job to ensure me and my family feel like home during our stay 🧿

來新疆撞上第二場大雪，這家酒店直接把冬日幸福感拉滿！下車就被工作人員的貼心暖到，頂着風雪遞上熱薑茶，還主動擦凈行李箱積雪🐴房間的全景窗太驚喜，窗外天山覆雪、松枝掛絨，躺在床上就能沉浸式賞雪。地暖超給力，零下氣温裏房間暖烘烘的，洗完澡完全不冷。早餐廳能邊吃現做的新疆奶茶、烤包子，邊看漫天飛雪，暖心又暖胃。雪天的舒適與浪漫全被這家酒店承包，下次雪季一定再來！

房間空間寬敞，採光很好，陽光灑進來特別舒服。衞生也做得很到位，沒有一點異味。床軟硬適中，睡起來超舒服，還有配套的沙發、佈局很合理。工作人員小孜很熱情 態度特別好，辦理入住很快，還主動介紹周邊好玩的地方。打掃房間的阿姨也很細心，早餐很多，還有自助洗衣房跟健身房 ，這次入住體驗感十足，推薦給大家，以後有機會還會再來!

從四川自駕到新疆，對於不做計劃的人來説，走到哪算哪，這是到達烏市的前半個小時前訂的酒店，跟着導航到達酒店門口，保安大哥主動上前來詢問是否需要幫忙搬運行李，我們行李太多他又推來了行李車幫忙，前台辦理入住時，看到我帶着兩個孩子，主動給升級了親子房，辦完入住後又麻煩了另一位保安大叔幫我們把行李送上樓。入住後床品舒適好睡，因前兩天隊友開了太久的車，第二天我們準備再續一天房好好休息一下，一詢問得知第二天的親子房和雙床房都已經訂滿了，本來回房準備收拾行李換酒店的，誰知前台打電話來説，考慮到我帶孩子換酒店不是太方便，她們幫忙協調了一間房出來。在入住期間感受到了酒店工作人員的熱情和貼心，值得一個五星好評。

新開的酒店就是這點好！設施從頭到腳都是“嶄新體驗”，沒有舊酒店的磨損感，住着就清爽～ 尤其是床舒服這點，簡直是旅行回血神器！畢竟下了高鐵一身累，躺進軟乎乎的新床裏，瞬間就能回血大半～
