非常滿意，房間很大，很乾凈，位置也好，不愧是新疆旗艦店呀，不在鬧市區，睡覺很安靜。入住前前台提前聯繫我，問入住喜好給我安排了這個房間，落地窗是心頭好，點贊，特別表揚前台的小加姑娘，人美心善，幫忙拿東西，還第一時間幫我送來充電線。謝謝，五顆星。以後出差就固定住這裏了。

我住14樓，有洗衣間和健身房，很方便，服務員很有禮貌，主動打招呼，前台有個姓張的小女孩挺不錯，還給我送了一杯咖啡，下次來了還住這，值得推薦

很少給酒店差評.這家實在是失望.定的是特色雙床房.帶按摩椅的.到了酒店.前台説那個房間窗户太大現在有點冷.所以那個房型不開了.然後就説換一個安心睡的房間.結果安心睡的房間居然比我定的房間還便宜.前台還説不能退差價.住了N次酒店從來都是往上升.這家牛了.酒店自己原因導致不能入住房型給我降房型.還不能退.那我也就沒在意.就直接入住了.入住以後發現那個房間確實不怎麼樣.洗衣房又在不同的樓層.電梯需要刷卡.前台衹給我一張房卡.然後我要求前台給我換到有洗衣房的那個樓層.前台就去問樓上保潔.保潔直接説我們現在住的那個房間是臭的.不能住.要返水.我也是我無語了.我問前台可以升房不.前台説升房要我加錢.要不然還有一個800多的套房還可以.她這麼説我真的是無言以對.意思是沒住他們家800的房型還要什麼雞腿嗎？然後我們還是換在了同一樓層.我最開始定的那種房型.但這種不帶按摩椅.帶的是茶台.這茶台也是**了.茶杯盒子裏臟得要死.直接長黴了.電視一直沒有信號.我也是無語.心想懶得折騰將就住吧.接着去洗衣房.100多間房的酒店就配了2台洗衣機.關鍵是連洗衣液也沒有.打電話問前台.前台説洗衣機裏面有不用加.我直接洗了20分鐘都沒見到有泡泡.這叫有洗衣液？然後遇到保潔.我讓保潔給我洗衣液.保潔説她沒有.她讓機器人送.可是我等了30分鐘機器人都沒來.於是我又自己去前台拿.這時前台換人了.看見我帶了孩子.又問我孩子登記了沒.早餐登記了沒.我説前面辦入住的人沒説呀.我真的是大無語.好不容易拿到洗衣液把衣服洗了.因為衹有兩台洗衣機.有好幾波客人來洗衣服都沒洗上.到第二天早餐.同樣是很差的早餐體驗.菜品少的可憐.咖啡機里根本出不了咖啡.牛奶也沒有.真的是太差勁.！！！

附近環境不錯，推薦了一個地方 紅光山，周邊挺多小吃店的 房間整潔 服務周到 態度也別好 還提供自助打印，自助洗衣....有一説一，如家這碗麪真心不錯👍👍👍 愛吃牛肉麪！

衹能走貨梯 一等20-30分鐘 等不住衹能走樓梯 11樓走下來 房間隔音也不好 早晨外面説話聽的清清楚楚
