We stayed at Hilton Hampton innovation square for one night. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from the Urumqi train station, slightly further away. We had the family room and liked the spacious layout and smart accessories inside the room, like the automatic blinds and aircon system. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. Front desk promised to arrange a taxi for us to the airport on 6 November when we checked in the night before. However, on the day around 1:30pm when I asked a gentleman at the front desk, he appeared to not know what he was doing. He told us to wait and said he will get a taxi, but then did not provide us an update for thirty minutes - this is a long time to wait when you’re trying to get to your flight. He then told us he could not get a taxi for us. Interestingly all other hotels we stayed at provided this service. I expected a bit more from a Hilton hotel, So the service from that gentleman was slightly disappointing. Otherwise everyone on the hotel team was friendly.

到店給升級了房型，房間很乾凈衞生處理的很好，住的舒適安心，尤其細節做的很不錯，洗漱台抽紙邊還給放了小垃圾盒，早餐味道也不錯
