這家酒店服務體貼入微，賓至如歸，從一下車，禮賓員就熱情地迎上來幫忙拿行李，前台辦理入住效率很高，笑容親切。最讓我感動的是，客房服務員記得我們前一天多要了枕頭，第二天主動詢問是否需要提前準備好。這種主動觀察和滿足客人需求的服務，真的非常加分。酒店大堂香氛和背景音樂都恰到好處，一進門就讓人放鬆。房間也比想象中要大，佈局合理。最滿意的是床品，床墊軟硬適中，羽絨被輕盈保暖，一夜好眠。

這次盲選的酒店，無比幸運被免費升級到行政套房。
房間也太好了吧！LOFT 的房間，還有廚房，還有麻將桌，客廳超大，那個大床，我一頭栽進去就像被雲朵包裹了，根本不想起床好嗎！
早餐也不錯，中西結合，吃的滿足。
總之，從服務到環境，都很滿意 ，推薦推薦

這次入住，更像是一場短暫的城市逃離。步入大堂，雅緻寧靜的環境，有着咖啡廳的感覺，出門還能看到烏魯木齊超火的雙子樓，天晴的時候能看到雪山。
