Everything is just perfect

Room are tiny but functional. Needed a bit of creativity to open 2 luggages. Awesome location, hongshan park and cc mall was very nearby. 1 lift so the wait might take some time. Free Laundry room on 3rd floor with detergent.

Simply wonderful hotel with amazing staff and beautiful rooms. The self service breakfast is also fantastic. It is possible to do the laundry there also. There are washing mashines available. Enjoy!

I came in from Poland and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in September 2024. Being in China for the first time and not knowing what to expect, I was absolutely stunned by the quality of service and willingness to help me every day by different shifts of staff members. I had a lot of questions about what’s and how’s in Urumqi. They were always answered. My stay here is a big part of a great China experience. Also: food was great! Thank you

The rooms look new and modern. The area was also clean. Good views of the park and mountain from the room. Interesting heated toilet. It would be better to have more than one elevator or more access to using the stairs to go up and down.

The lodging is situated in a prime area. In close proximity to popular tourist destinations such as Hongshan Park, Shoppjbg Mall (CC mall), attractive public parks, easy access to transit, and competent staff who are kind, kind, and extremely helpful. The room is brand-new and exquisite. Everything needed for a peaceful night's sleep is provided. Tea and coffee are available in the lobby area, along with breakfast.

Nice place, nice staff, handy location. My only gripe is the lack of tea and coffee at breakfast.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at Hello Hotel in a row. This is the first time I have stayed at Hello Hotel Hongshan Branch in Urumqi. When I drove 5 kilometers away from the hotel, I started to call the hotel several times, but no one answered. Fortunately, the parking lot in the backyard of the hotel was clearly marked, so there was no delay or difficulty in finding it. The hotel has just opened for one year and the facilities are new. The service attitude of the staff is good. If it is a big hotel, there is only one elevator service, and guests need to wait in line. The hotel breakfast is standardized and rich in variety. Unfortunately, I ate two Korla Xiangli, and the taste was much worse than the quality provided by other Hello Hotels, and there was almost no juice. I rested in the hotel on the second night of my stay. The room next door opened the door and sang loudly. I endured it until more than 12 o'clock in the morning and called the front desk to complain. It said that there were no guests registered in the next room 8460, but I did see young people coming in and out. I didn't know what was going on. After another phone call, someone from the hotel came to check 15 minutes later. The young man next to him had left. There was no result in this matter. As long as you check the surveillance camera, the problem will be clear, indicating that there is still room for improvement in hotel management. Although it affected my night rest, I still entered the restaurant half an hour before the hotel breakfast started at 8 o'clock the next morning. The two young people in charge of the hotel breakfast were already busy preparing part of the breakfast. I left the hotel at 7:45 in the morning and rushed to Urumqi Airport. The journey was smooth and the time was just right.

The service is very good. The front desk sent breakfast when checking in. The room is clean and sanitary. The lobby environment is beautiful. Overall it is very good and I am very satisfied. I recommend everyone to stay here
