The receptionist who checked me in was really helpful. Rooms are nice (although not huge) and it's a quiet place. The closest metro station is a 25 min walk away, but there is a bus stop nearby.

No air conditioning, no sleep. There is only one power socket, which can only be used to plug in a fan, but not to charge a mobile phone. It's a rip-off if you turn on the fan.

The price is ok but the facilities are not good. The door has a gap, the network cannot be connected, the bathroom drain starts to stink the next day, the toilet flush is broken and a piece of tape is pasted on it. The bathroom shower is even worse. It's hard to describe. Anyway, there are good and bad. Anyway, it's okay for a few days. Downstairs are hotels, supermarkets, breakfast shops, etc.
