The receptionist was really kind, he gave us a late checkout, knowing that we had a late flight that evening.
The room size and amenities in the room were great, and the location was pretty central as well. Too bad we didn't get to use the hotel pool. It looks really good and the staff were very friendly, happy to show us around.
I won't hesitate to stay there again.

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

Facilities: relatively old, the lighting is a bit dim, not friendly to readers, and the light bulbs suddenly flashed, which was scary. The point is that there is still heating in April, and the room is stuffy when the heating is turned off. There is no air conditioning.

Service: There is a guy with fluffy hair and glasses at the front desk who smiles, and the others can answer questions but are not friendly. There is no smile in the restaurant. Only one chef took the initiative to say hello. The other services are not smiling. The supervisor-like person asked the waiter to work in front of the customer and was fierce. The customer was uncomfortable listening to it.
