The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is rich in variety. After putting down the luggage, we went to Xintianrun Food Street. It was very good. The room was clean and tidy. I wanted to buy specialties for my connecting flight to Altay, but I thought too late and couldn't buy them on the next morning's flight. As a result, there were Xinjiang specialties for sale in the lobby. Pepper and sesame chicken and beef jerky were very nice~ Recommended! The service of the front desk lady was very enthusiastic!

The hotel is in a strategic location and is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is clean and tidy, and every detail is attentive. The catering is also very delicious and rich in variety. Linda, the front desk manager, is attentive to service. Before arriving at the store, she called us to ask about our group's arrival time and room requirements, and upgraded her to a superior room for free. After arriving at the store, she enthusiastically took us to visit the room and introduced the facilities and equipment in the room. The consumables that needed to be added were also delivered in time. Our needs were responded to in a timely manner, which can be described as smooth service. 🥰 When checking in from the front desk, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and they took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, and the favorability was instantly full.
