There is also a particularly unsatisfactory episode! Because I booked a carpool small group tour, which was scheduled to gather at the entrance of the hotel at 8:30, it was temporarily adjusted to 8:10. Since I learned that the hotel didn’t open until 8:00 for breakfast, I went to the front desk at 23:00 that night and said, help prepare breakfast tomorrow. We will bring it Let's go, the front desk said it's okay to let the restaurant on 5f open at 7:50, let's eat first, and give the room card directly to the restaurant, saving the time to go back to the front desk to check out. Are Ctrip users inferior? Can't you give us the reserved breakfast first and prepare two more? The front desk has no brains at all and doesn't know how to adapt! I didn't communicate well with the restaurant, which wasted the guests' time. The 46th floor of the hotel is the front desk, and the 5th floor is the restaurant. We just ran back and forth like this. In addition, there are many express hotels in the whole building, and the elevators are used frequently, which caused us to waste a lot of time! Finally, another front desk staff was called out, and after repeated communication, they finally gave us the reserved breakfast, but the eggs in it were raw. I was speechless, and it was all sprinkled on the trolley case with one knock!
