Urumqi Hotels with Breakfast

I visited this hotel for a total of 3 nights over a couple of weeks. Each time I arrived late and left early. So to be perfectly honest I cannot give a thorough review of the Hotel and Amenities. Check in was smooth, checking passports and health codes delays things, but it is a necessary requirement at the moment. My rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. I had views over the suburbs and one over the nearby buildings. Breakfast was good quality buffet on the occasion I was able to eat. A wide variety of food options to suit all types of travelers. Do not anticipate a big plate of Bacon if you are expecting a Western full breakfast however. Swimming pool was closed according to a disappointed travel companion.Downstairs bar area was often unattended. But there is a shop in the parking area just outside to the left, selling basic soft drinks and beer and snacks, if you cannot get bar service. Check in staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, but others in my group complained ”too hard” or ”too soft” that really is a personal preference. Location, there is a huge shopping complex literally outside the hotel, cross the car park and enter a huge complex (you will be on the 5th floor) that caters for almost any need that I could think of. Restaurant area and night spots were a 10 - 15 minute ride away in a taxi. But there was what looked like a night market and Plaza at street level outside the hotel. I never got to check it out. If I stayed at Urumqi again I would probably choose a cheaper place closer to the airport. When all I needed was a bed the extra travel time and cost is not worth it. If staying several days I would choose this hotel again. That is honestly all I can contribute.

I like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

This trip to Xinjiang, I chose Miramarsa store. It was an unexpected surprise, with a beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and a very good service attitude. When I came to check in, I met Manager Feng who was very hospitable. He upgraded me to a suite and brought me fruits that felt like home. I really don’t know what to say! Thank you to all the staff of Miramar Dasa Store in Urumqi, Xinjiang, for making me feel that it is worthy of the standard of a five-star hotel! It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

It has been a long time since I came back from a business trip, and I have been busy and have no time to write. Although it has been more than a month since I left the store, the impression left is quite deep. The hotel's executive suite has a large room and a good layout. The living room is bright and comfortable. The bedroom and the living room are separated into two bathrooms, which is convenient and avoids embarrassment. Like it! The cloakroom is large. The bedroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. It is a good choice for business travel and family travel.

From the first day I booked the hotel, when I was about to leave, a hotel steward called me and asked me what I needed. Got a free upgrade to a larger room. The service was really good. They arranged a fruit plate for us. There were some hiccups in the middle, but they were resolved in the end, which made me recognize them even more. Their service is indeed on a higher level than the five-star peers. Every traveler wants this respect and a happy journey. This time I really felt it in this hotel. Because I checked out after staying for two days and flew to Kashgar. I originally wanted to try other hotels, but their service made me feel that I didn't need to try other hotels again. I would like to praise their hotel housekeepers for their coordination. They really did a good job. They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

Facilities: There are renovated rooms, and the bathroom hardware is TOTO. The hardware as a whole meets star standards. The mattress is on the hard side. Hygiene: The room 618 that I stayed in for the first time was generally clean and tidy. After the room change, the washbasin in room 609 had a small amount of paper scraps and water stains. The toilet seat had traces of stickers and the fingernails could be detached. Environment: The Chinese-style background wall at the bedside and the overall color tone of the room are in line with the aesthetics of the older generation. There are low-frequency noise sources outside room 618, and the sound insulation of the room is weak. In room 609, you can hear 610 having a meeting at night. Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card. After being dissatisfied with the conversation next door, I had to wait for the service staff to go downstairs to collect the room card to open a new room. If I were the front desk, after receiving the guest's request for room change, if the room status allowed, I would make multiple room cards for the guest to choose a room. If necessary, provide multiple room types based on the on-site situation, or record the vacant room number. Excerpt: A master key is used to open the room door, which reduces the number of times the concierge goes up and down the elevator and wastes guests' time.

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

The hotel is in the city center, next to the large shopping mall, there is a food street downstairs, the bus is convenient to go out and take a taxi very close, the environment is good, the room on the 13th floor Xiao Guo service is warm and thoughtful, on call, clean and tidy, very satisfied, next time I choose this hotel
