This place is such a gem. The views, the friendliness of the staff, the in-hotel restaurant, and the cute dogs! We had the BEST stay. My only "complaint" is that the beds were a big hard, but with the quiet countryside, I still slept like a baby! 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful place. Heaven on earth. The staff is extremely helpful too specially Nayda! Must visit for anyone seeking beauty of mother earth! Loved it. The mountains, the lamas, the flowers, the tall trees, the quiet, the cottages. Would love to come again

Had a lovely couple of nights staying here whilst visiting Machu Picchu. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were large and very colonial! The views were breathtaking! Breakfast was good, we also ate one evening here and was good value for money and lovely! There is nothing around you so very peaceful and relaxing after long days in the sacred valley. I loved lounging in the bath after going up Machu Picchu!

Walter from the reception was amazing. Relaxing place with beautiful landscape. The rooms were clean and tidy, as well as the whole hotel. You could hear the sound of the river and nature from the room. You could also find alpacas at the hotel. Incredible experience!

Beautiful location and property! Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Best of all is the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and offered suggestions for our trip. They helped us coordinate rides to Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and a tour around the Sacred Valley so effortlessly (I highly recommend the driver, Pedro). We had dinner every day at the restaurant and always pleasantly satisfied; we also had breakfast and that was filling too. If you're acclimated, I also recommend the Pisco Sours! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights on a Exoticca guided tour. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the resort and grounds were. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It was very convenient that there was a restaurant on site. Our waiters Orlando and Rudy were very helpful with the menu and recommendations. They both were friendly, polite and pleasant to talk to. The hotel had a lot of character and the nature couldn’t be beat. There were even llamas on property grazing. It was such a beautiful place just to walk around and explore. Very peaceful.

The accomodations were very welcoming, unique and beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff were very kind and Walter especially at the desk was helpful. He took the time to find out about my transport and helped with the details even though we had a language barrier. (google translater was great). The grounds were really pretty and we enjoyed the restaurant as well. There are sweet llamas on site! All of the staff had a smile and seemed happy to work there.

Lovely hotel with nice grounds and llamas. Traditional spacious rooms with good modern reception and bar. Breakfast was ok and nice restaurant food. Staff great, and helpful.10 mins up a dirt track from road which is only negative thing I can say. 30 mins from train which takes you to maccu piccu.
