Best personnel ever!!! They where so helpfull and nice. Overall a very good place to stay especially for a hotel besides the road and for this price range. Bed where good, hotel was clean and they serve easy but good food. I have nothing negative to say!!!

Do not be fooled, this is far from a 4* hotel! This hotel was not good value for money. The noisy room stopped us from a good night sleep the whole week! Management took no responsibility to acknowledge this and just saying ‘sorry’ after this review is not acceptable. Situated on an Industrial estate expect to have a poor nights sleep with all the noise from over the road and the motorway traffic. Staff were not empathetic at all and offered no solutions at all other than to just grin and bear it. Basic amenities such as kettle or slippers are not available in the room. Rooms are basic, only stay here if you have no other viable option.

I was in this hotel with my colleagues for a school exchange. The hotel is comfortable and well designed. You can also eat at the restaurant (there aren't many in Urnieta), which is nothing memorable but not even so bad. I suggest the hotel in case you don't find any place to stay in San Sebastián (or if you want to save some money): there are trains to San Sebastián every half an hour.

Our room was large and clean. It had a terrace with views of the industrial estate and the mountains. The bed, despite being extra large, was a little uncomfortable. When you shower, the bathroom gets a little flooded, and the floor never dries completely. You can tell that it is a very busy hotel, as the floor in the room was a little bit dirty.

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! I have been a customer between 3 and 4 days a week for 6 years. Yesterday I went to eat with my family at 3:10 p.m., so we were placed at a table by a waitress who gave us 3 lists of the "Menu of the day" asking us to hurry since the kitchen closes at 3:15 p.m. After a few minutes she took the lists away from us letting us know that the person in charge, present at the bar, denied it and that we could only eat "a la carte". ISN'T THIS THE SAME KITCHEN THAT CLOSES AT 3:15 P.M. FOR DAILY MENUS WHERE THE DISHES ON THE MENU ARE PREPARED, WHICH ARE MORE LABORIOUS BY THE WAY? The described lack of PROFESSIONALISM and therefore of RESPECT, occurs in businesses where their REAL owner delegates their operation to personnel with only knowledge in gardening, to the detriment of their CLIENTS.
