I recently stayed at a quaint hotel superbly located near the vibrant Art Street, perfect for those keen to explore local art and culture. The hotel, housed in an old mansion, offers a charming, historical ambiance but comes with several trade-offs. The lack of on-site parking necessitates paying for nearby private parking, which can be inconvenient and adds an unexpected expense. Additionally, the absence of food services within the hotel could be a drawback for guests looking for mealtime convenience, though unlimited free coffee and bottled water are pleasant perks. One should note that the reception closes at 6 PM, which could pose challenges for late arrivals or those needing evening assistance. The rooms, while clean and maintaining the property's antique charm, do not have TVs and the old mansion’s thin walls mean sounds carry easily from room to room. Despite these issues, the hotel's cleanliness and prime location make it a compelling choice for travelers, particularly those interested in the arts, who don't mind a few inconveniences during their stay.

We had one night opportunity to stay in. Historical building with a perfect renovation. Every details are well planned. Beautiful garden. You can either have a glass of wine or cup of coffee and forget outside world. Tastefully decorated rooms with good brand of toiletries. Very clean. 5 minutes walk to many cafés and restaurants. Specials thanks to İsrafil Bey for kind, helpful service. Definitely worth for staying at least one week 😀

- It did not have some of the features mentioned in ********** - There was no Wi-Fi in the room. - It did not have a laundry. It was said that service could be provided from outside for this, but the place mentioned was not hygienic at all. We witnessed that the laundry was dried in a very primitive and dirty place in the dry center - While it was stated that there was a viscose pillow, the hotel did not have this either. - There is no breakfast. They shared the croissants of another breakfast place on the instagram page. Since we could not see the comments on Google PC, it was misleading for us. And we decided to go based on these photos. I learned about the breakfast after deciding to stay at the hotel on the phone. - There are unpleasant smells in the rooms. - Lots of flies, especially in the hotel room and garden - Far from the sea. - The beaches you can go by car are not clean. - A very disturbing "holiday"! - Zero customer satisfaction - A tasteful garden - No pool - We could not open the window of our room because flies and giant flying cockroaches could enter. We suffered from lack of air. Because they changed our room to a bigger and smelly one due to the flies coming from the garden and in the room, an upradge fee was charged 🧾 what a joke. Even though one room was occupied for one night during our stay, meaning we only saw one other guest besides us, they made a pricing change by stating that we were preventing other customers from coming by staying there. Yes, I believed we could have a 15-day holiday and came with my luggage and belongings accordingly. The result was disappointing. I hope that it makes sense that we couldn't stay because we had sleepless nights due to the reasons originating from your hotel and that your full refund of the remaining balance will take you one step forward. As a matter of fact, I also think that the hotel should thank us for being able to stay this long in these bad conditions. 3 nights without sleeping and despite this, the hotel is a place we tried to stay because we made an agreement. The explanation that the room we passed through with flies, which had no internet reception and smelled terrible, could not be fully refunded to me because they could not sell it to another customer can be explained as a complete state of my country. I am also deducting the upgrade fee in an empty hotel and I am still thinking about it. Let me also give the fact that the 120 TL additional bed fee written on the internet was told to us as 250 TL to the upgrade. I think that balance will neither sink nor make you rich. I think the service sector is something completely different. As I mentioned, there was only one other guest staying during our stay. I wish you had mentioned the interesting explanation that “this is a boutique hotel, you can stop by while passing by, stay for two nights at most, people usually prefer this” in the explanations before making a reservation when we first talked to your hotel. In other words, we felt quite stupid. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, a place I cannot recommend. The coffees and colors of the hotel were very nice. I also found it very inappropriate that a large broken cabinet was placed in the room as an antique.
