Very nice staff. Got the wrong bus and they picked me up with a shuttle service and drove me to the hotel. Hotel looks nice and looking forward to explore the area. Janeth at the reception was a big help and very nice. The room ist looking very good!

The facility is beautiful. My complaint has more to do with the tourist agency that arranged my stay. My wife has trouble walking up and down stairs and they did not tell us this. The tourist agency also failed to tell us that the tramway does not work on Mondays or Wednesdays because of maintenance. I would strongly recommend that you talk to your tourist agency about such things so that you do not get any unfortunate occurrences. Otherwise the views are beautiful the rooms are extremely comfortable. Furthermore the weather is perfect. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very rustic and the gardens are beautiful. They have satellite TV for folks who insist on watching television. While the wine choices and beer are limited, the prices are comfortable. The heat during the day is not so bad, especially if you're coming from the desert which is where you live. If you do not like cool weather, you can always bring a sweater. You can come here by train and now they also have a road so that you can come by bus. The hotel also has a website so that you can learn more.

Beautiful pool table. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a comfortable and highly stabilized location. Weather was amazing during my visit. There’s a small but also very good restaurant across the street

Buena atención, bonito hotel, Janeth es hermosa y profesional. El lugar es acogedor con billares y una bonita decoración, lo único malo es que te cobran el internet, eso sí es negativo y es una lástima porque en la mayoría de los hoteles esto viene incluido y no tiene un costo de 50 pesos por persona.

Incluye desayuno, comidas, comidas y cenas, acepta pago con tarjeta las instalaciones, el hotel se ve limpio, bien cuidado, tener en cuenta que aquí casi no se tiene mucha señal, se uso bait, Telcel y at&t y nada se recomienda ir a recepción por el uso del Internet

Se ve muy bonito el hotel ,bien cuidado ,puertas pequeñas para personas que son grandes de arriba y de los lados ,desayuno incluido ,comida y cena ,clima muy agradable si es en otra temporada se usaría el calentador que tiene en el cuarto manejan pago con tarjeta

Excelente servicio, con una excelsa atención por parte de Janeth para darnos dirección e instrucciones. La ubicación es muy buena, con miradores y caminos bien señalados para llegar al restaurante y áreas de comida. Y el café es muy bueno!
