This hotel is charming in many ways, but the windowless room we were initially assigned in the old section reeked of kerosene from the previous night, and was totally unacceptable. After some discussion, we were offered a room with a lack of view, but was habitable. The only rooms is the old section that looked appealing were Rooms 7-10. The dinner and breakfast were pretty good. The views are amazing. If we had been assigned a room in the new block, it would have been a different experience.

We had accommodation in the older block at this hotel which were definitely in need of renovation. The hotel is set in a very dry, arid region and water is precious, so expect underwhelming tepid showers! There is no wifi in the bedrooms. The views from the lounge and restaurant are stunning. The food is a set menu and very average but adequate.

The views are spectacular but the service and room leave a lot to be desired. No help to find the room or with my bag. No tv or wifi in room. Coffee maker dirty. It was assumed that I was part of a couple so when I came to have breakfast they didn't ask me what I would like for ages. Two star hotel with five star vista.

De unos clientes que viajaron en un grupo, una de ellas era de la tercera edad. El hotel no tiene elevadores y les dieron una habitación en el tercer piso, para subir escaleras y con maletas porque tampoco hubo nadie que les ayudara. Ellas solicitaron que les dieran el primer piso y las personas en recepción tuvieron CERO empatía y les dijeron que no. Busqué en internet un número telefónico para tratar de ayudarlas y llamar al hotel y NINGUN teléfono sirvió pues nadie me respondió en ninguno de los 7 teléfonos que encontré incluido el whatsapp. Puede ser muy bonito el hotel pero el servicio DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. Dejaré de ofrecer este hotel a mis clientes.

Del hotel lo único que vale la pena es la vista. Las habitaciones están descuidadas, baño sucio, antiguo. Tiene servicio de restaurante pero es un menú que no hay opciones para elegir, es decir un solo platillo. Están insípidos con una mala presentación.

El Hotel ya tiene sus añitos pero no le quita la buena ubicación. Esta justamente en divosadero a 50 metros de la estación del chepe. Las habitaciones son buenas al menos recomiendo que reserves la que tienen terraza con vista hacia la barranca. La comida es rica. El bar y restaurante tiene grandes ventanales con vista espectacular.

El hotel se percibe cansado con el paso de los años, sus instalaciones requieren de un mantenimiento mayor; la baja calificación obedece al mal servicio que se ofrece en el restaurante, poco personal para atender (solo una persona). También en recepción creo que hace falta capacitar en calidad del servicio a quien atiende. Se siente descuidado el Hotel. Al final, lo que uno siempre busca es un buen servicio. Hay otras opciones en la zona.
