OMG! I had a wonderful experience staying at Pegas! The rooms look just like the photos, the staff was super friendly and attentive and helpful in planning tours or transport for our day to day excursions. Ishmael, Selenya, & Selim were all a big help. The hotel was also a 5 min walk from Urgup city center filled with eateries and shops. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Cappadocia.

Excellent property - nice courtyard and centrally located. Staff was super helpful and arranged shuttles from and to the airport. They also were great in recommending local spots and booking activites (ATV, Green Tour and Turkish Bath).

Fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend. We took a king superior room and had our own private small swimming pool and additional jacuzzi. The room was amazing, breakfast was simple and authentic which added further to the overall charm. Ürgüp is a nice quiet town and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station if you needed to get to Goreme. The staff are friendly, particularly Selim, who went out of his way to help us with airport transfer, further hotel bookings on our next leg of the trip and any items we needed with our room. The hotel were great to communicate with prior to the trip and clarified several queries I had. Overall we felt so welcome and it was a perfect honeymoon stay. The room was just like those on the website.

My girlfriend and I got excellent hospitality from Pegas Cave Suites. We stayed for one week, and during our stay, we felt like we were at home. The breakfast was flawless, and they pay attention to altering the breakfast ingredients a little every day, breaking the routine. The staff, well, everyone in this hotel, is lovely and kind; their professional and helpful attitude made our stay exceptional! You can book your room from Pegas Cave without hesitation. I strongly recommend it to everyone who is considering visiting Cappadocia!

We stayed at Pegas Suit Cave Hotel for 9 wonderful nights. What an amazing hotel. We were greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout our stay. We booked the Honeymoon room. The room was fantastic, clean, modern with beautifully decorated interior. The room was big for Urgup town standards with nice jacuzzi in it. Traditional Turkish breakfast was great and delicious with at least 2-3 dishes varying daily. Big thanks to Timur for treating us warmly and answering all our needs and thanks to the staff of the hotel for making our stay wonderful! If we will come again to Urgup, Pegas Cave Suit hotel will our number 1 choice to stay again!

Myself and my friend had thee most fantastic stay at this stunning cave hotel. We would highly recommend to anyone: friends, travelers, couples, families etc. From the moment we arrived, we were confronted with a welcoming warmth and this continued, in abundance, throughout our stay. The rooms are well worth far more than the extremely reasonable price we paid; they are cosy, beautiful and we felt immediately at home! It was my birthday during our stay, and this certainly wasn't gone unnoticed! Timor and his team were the accommodating dream and we genuinely couldn't have asked for more. I can't wait to return here!

The hotel was very clean and employees were nice and helpful. We stayed in the 105th room and it was a fairly spacious room with a jacuzzi without a minus. It was definitely a hotel that felt even better than my house.If I come to Cappadocia again, I will stay at Pegas again.

Pegas Suite est très bien situé à seulement à deux minutes du centre ville. La chambre que nous avons réservé était très confortable avec une grande salle de bain et grande douche. Le stationnement est gratuit sur la rue juste en avant de l’hôtel. Les places disponible étaient toujours ample au moment de notre visite. Les employés étaient vraiment gentil et attentionné. Une très bonne adresse à conserver
