酒店隔音不好，中間有個小院子，夜裡睡覺在院子聊天兒的聲音會傳到房間裏。沒有house cleaning。週六早上前台沒有工作人員在。房間裏面設施較陳舊，沒有熱水，床墊也不好睡的腰疼。第一天的早餐還好，實在住不了就去朋友酒店住了。

Well! We stayed there for a day, everything was fine but not perfect! My recommendation for visitors is to look at other hotel's price and quality to see the difference! You can stay in very well designed hotels for almost the same price, Regards.

We loved staying in Elif Stone house. Beautiful authentic hotel with friendly and professional staff. Courtyard, pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is so good and delicious. Thank you Elif Stone House and personell for making our unforgettable Cappadocia experience even better and more comfortable. 10 Stars ✨

The hotel staff was very kind, and the food was very good. The place was cozy, the room warm, and the pool very large. It's a shame we couldn't swim due to the cold weather. The surroundings were very beautiful and quiet, making it easy to sleep peacefully.

In a time when most hotels around the world look pretty much the same, Elif Stone House is a delightful jewel. It is a renovated mansion, tastefully decorated with local art. The cave section is furnished with comfy sofas. It is a cozy spot to drink your early morning coffee or evening tea. Breakfast is served (not a buffet) in a lovely dining room.
The pool is beautiful and well-maintained, with shade and very comfy loungers. If you are visiting Cappadocia in the summer, the pool alone is worth it.

Elif Stone House güzel bir otel sıcak ve samimi ortamı gerçekten önemli özellikle aileleriyle gelenler için.Kahvaltısı güzel, temizlik açısından başarılı konforlu güzel bir butik otel.Çalışanları Mustafa Bey ve Salih Bey bizlerle çok ilgilendiler hep güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı şekilde davrandılar.Bir sonraki Ürgüp ziyaretimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz yer Elif Stone House olacaktır.
