This is the most comfortable and best hotel in Istanbul. We came in Cappadocia many times but this hotel we can say best. Interms of hygiene, facilities, wifi facility, food, most importantly helpful and kindest staffs. Hussain, Ruhan are the front office staffs who are always on toe to make your every wish come true and make your whole Cappadocia itinerary meaningful and unforgettable. On other hand Yasmin and Ali are always give you a feelings of home and assure your safety in each moment. They arrange unlimited food and care without any extra cost or blink if eyes. Please stay here atleast once for making your capadocia stay memorable .

The hotel staff bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful. The room was charming and very comfortable. We have never felt so loved on holidays. Great meal recommendations and delicious breakfasts. Thanks Ruhan, Sencer and Ali. Hope to be back.

Ayazma a Gem
This was one of the best experiences of our trip a cherry on top! Our hotel was such a hidden gem! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was fabulous. I would like to give a big shout out to my fav Ruhan! He was very hospitable and warm. If we ever make our way back to capadocchia we will def stay here again.

This is a hidden gem! The rooms are a good size snd have very nice decor! The service in all areas of the hotel was amazing, especially the breakfast restaurant!!! Be sure to check out the spa, the sauna, hammam, pool and turkish bath! Amazing experience and stay here! Beautiful location!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!

Beautiful hotel, great location and the service is outstanding!! Most attentive to all needs. My daughter had a sprained toe and Ruhan, one of the attendants came right over with ice and some ointment to help with her foot, without even being asked. Doğan another attendant was full of helpful information. Everyone in this small group was friendly and very helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. We did the hot air balloon excursion and they booked it all. Need a taxi, they booked it for you. I just can’t say enough about this place!
