Two people stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was spacious enough. I booked on Ctrip 20 days in advance. Considering the rainy season and the room price of 3.4K/night, I specifically consulted the customer service online to ask if the hotel provides train station/bus station pick-up service. The customer service replied: No. On the day of check-in on 2024-6/22, it rained continuously in the local area. I dragged my backpack and suitcase in the rain and fumbled to the hotel entrance. The experience was very poor. When I asked the front desk and learned that there was a shuttle bus pick-up service at Ureshino Train Station, I suddenly felt that the platform lacked after-sales information and follow-up services, which was quite regrettable...

I arrived at Ureshino Onsen Station and asked the staff at the information desk to arrange a taxi to the hotel in ten minutes. Ureshino Onsen is conveniently located by the Kyushu Shinkansen. There are only a few businesses in the town. Most of the Japanese-style rooms in the park are very old, but there are a few renovated suites that are very nice. I wanted to upgrade the room but was told that they were all booked. The cheaper rooms are in the lobby, and the more expensive ones are in the private rooms. All the rooms have river views, but the view is average. Breakfast and dinner have tea elements, which are fresh and delicious. The meals are enhanced and sub-items, the service is also warm and thoughtful, and the hot spring water is very slippery. I was given a tea voucher for the newly renovated bar opposite. Although it is free, the service is very thoughtful and formal. It's a pity that I can't drink or I would definitely take care of his business. The tea in the store is good and affordable. The box is small and I only bought two packs. Disadvantages: The room is too old, the tatami smells like pickles, it is inconvenient to sleep on the floor, and there were two power outages, one for dinner, and one time I was locked in the elevator, which was scary. In addition, the outdoor bath has a bad smell. The bougainvillea in the greenhouse next to it is said to be the largest in Japan, but it is actually just a small greenhouse. The hot spring hotels in Ureshino town are all very old. I had booked a night at Sakura Hotel, but when I went over, I saw that the lobby was under construction. Overall, it was not as good as the theme park, so I canceled my plan and went to Nagashima by Shinkansen for a 20-minute ride.

There are two rooms in Li Cuiyue, and you can have an exclusive outdoor hot spring, which is good. Separated from the main building but not too far. The hotel is relatively old-style and the service is good. The room is a typical Japanese hotel room, not too big. The dinner was of good quality and the large bathhouse was quite satisfactory. There is a separate room for eating.

It's cleaner than I thought and the staff are friendly. The food was prepared well and delicious, and the hot spring water was also great. The Ureshino area was quieter than crowded areas, so it was great for healing. The satisfaction level was high for the price!!

A perfect one-stop, two-dinner experience. I spent a super warm and happy Christmas here with my best friends. The food is good, the accommodation is good, and the tea is super comfortable. The hotel service is even worse. Although the staff had limited English skills, they were very patient and enthusiastic in helping us arrange shuttles to and from the station and provide detailed introductions to the hotel facilities. As a thank you, I bought a lot at the hotel's souvenir shop 😂 I really like Ureshino and will definitely come back next time! In addition, sisters, the bartender in the bar is very cute! Her English is also good~ She can also mix wine, which is pleasing to the eye, haha!

The driver who took me to the station asked me where I was going. I didn't know how to pronounce the place name Takeo in English, so I could only vaguely talk about the next hot spring that could be reached by bus in 30 minutes. After arriving at the station, he parked the car and went to the window with me. After I pointed out the destination, he looked at the timetable and explained it to the ticket seller. After buying the ticket, he showed me where to wait for the bus. The considerate service is touching.
