食物質素好，員工很有禮貌，招呼熱情。但溫泉設施一般溫泉。大衆池容許食客食雪糕雪條，感覺與往日日本溫泉禮儀有很大出入。但室內溫泉很好。

設備設施維護的都很好，有很多趣味性的corner，比如書籍借閲和温泉水直飲的室外休息區
入住接待和介紹十分熱情，講解也很細緻，會帶着你整個設施都逛一圈然後在到房間裏每個個室再講解一遍，包括用餐時間、餐食風格以及check out那天如何出行，是否要預約車送行都會一一確認
二泊的餐食中規中矩，和食一貫的風格，少量多種類，味道也不錯。值得一提的是女將非常熱情，還會主動提出給我們拍合照，聊天還會誇誇，情緒價值拉滿
Btw，入住時送的唐芋小點心真的好吃！走之前特地去gift shop裏買了好幾盒帶走，甜甜的又很軟，適合長者家吃
整體來説配得上這個價格，值得花時間寫這麼多評價，下次有機會還會來住

酒店設計很有特色，有藝術享受，餐食中規中矩懷石料理，沒什麼特色。菜譜中稍好點的都要另付費，在其他這個檔次的温泉酒店沒見過。茶藝也要另付費，挺遺憾的。
