I highly recommend you avoid this hotel. The price is right, but the accommodations are wrong. The whole property needs an overhaul. Don't believe ANYTHING on their website. No breakfast. No Bar. No Pizza restaurant. Air conditioning in the hotel is broken and doesn't work. The rooms we secured had AC units in them that barely worked, but the room smelled like mold. No lamps. No soap. No towels. No dishes or cups in the kitchens. Burnt out Refrigerators as TV stands. We checked into apologies from the sweet front desk gentleman about not having rooms for all of our party. I was offered an apartment that reeked of smoke. Dusty bed comforter and no lamps, just a ceiling light with a florescent bulb. Our party left after we found another accomodation within a few hours. It was that bad.

A modest structure. I am also used to simple accommodations as long as they are clean and comfortable. We are not there. Contrary to what is shown on the website, this is a hotel that has never been renovated with furnishings dating back to the 80s. Poorly placed and worn. Heating in the room works with mechanical activation. No blanket. Only a worn out bedspread. Exhausted spring mattress. In the hall, telephone booths and other vintage memorabilia that are a bit sad and melancholic. Time has stopped in this hotel that surprises me is a three-star S hotel in 2024. Old-style breakfast but varied, good and plentiful

Strategic location to visit Urbino (just a few minutes by car).. Immense kindness of the gentlemen at the reception. Large room, air conditioning and television working. BUT.....super dated hotel, dilapidated, unkempt, dark, stale smell and smoke in the corridors and elevator (even old cigarette butts in the elevator ashtray). Please: CHANGE the toilet, it is unpresentable, dirty, an indescribable brown trail, my little girl couldn't get into the bathroom!!! It URGENTLY needs to be renovated. Even the lights in the breakfast room (in large spaces and certainly full of food): it feels like being in a horror hotel!! Absolutely inappropriate to pay 80 euros (2 adults and a child) in a similar structure.

Terrifying. The only people who should visit this hotel are those from the USL. All hygiene and safety rules are violated. Hotel still in the 80s with carpeting throughout the hotel including the rooms. Dirty and smelly especially in the elevator where the ashtray with cigarettes is. And it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s. Uncomfortable bed broken shower air conditioning not working and very noisy like the fan in the bathroom. The sparkling water bottles that were in the fridge had been recycled and filled with tap water. When we went down to mention it we were told it wasn't possible. We had to call the carabinieri. And finally for one night 95 euros. A night of hell. Obviously I do not recommend it

Una vera delusione, poco pulito,bagno piccolo e utilizzabile con difficoltà, sciacquone non funzionante nel bidet un rigagnolo d'acqua e niente salterello..telecomando tv non va...non ci sono le tende....struttura datata..peccato basterebbe un po di manutenzione e di voglia di pulire...

Camere molto semplici, uno stile retro, inizialmente abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera che ci era stata assegnata, ma ce l'hanno cambiata subito con una più grande e il bagno che era stato appena ristrutturato! Il personale è gentilissimo, la struttura, se non importa l'aspetto esteriore datato ma cmq ordinato, ha tutto ciò che serve! La posizione è ottima, è a 6 minuti di macchina dal centro e la vista sui colli è davvero bellissima! La colazione ricca e soddisfacente, anche se metterei qualche opzione vegana, di cui era carente (yogurt di soia,frutta fresca ed essiccata a parte) . Nel complesso lo consiglio!
