Love this hotel. Stayed here as I was going for 2-days of Disney parks. It’s got a Disney shop in here! Nearby the Disney rail. There’s even a convenient store in the hotel. Love that I got daily replenishment of the amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Most hotels no longer have this benefit.
Love the convenience of the shuttle busses to go to Maihama station and the bayside station, it is a life saviour after a whole day of Disney in the sun.
However it will be great if the hotel had shuttle busses that takes you directly to Disneysea.
Here’s my opinion: the hotel is slightly dated but well maintained. The room looks comfy and not as dated as some of the hotels nearby. It is more affordable than Hilton and it’s like literally opposite. There are 2 Lawsons in Hilton if you need more supper variety.
View from the room is amazing. You can see the Bay Area and Hilton and Toy Story hotel :)
Will 100% stay here again when I go to Tokyo disney resorts.

The room is really spacious in Japan standards.
The toilet and bathroom is nice and clean.
I really like the convenience store and the bakery on ground floor, makes it easy to get snacks.
Only one thing negative is the shuttle bus to Maihama - during peak hours (park opening and closing) it’s really hard to get on, maybe the hotel should consider running more buses during those hours.
The bus itself is very Disney classic though!

First of all, I was surprised at how cute the room was!
It has a Disney feel to it, but is also good value for money, so I think it's recommended for families.
I felt that the square footage of the room was a little small, but it was well laid out, and there was a comfortable sofa and two single beds, so I was able to relax comfortably.

1. The location is remote, so you can take a taxi or charter a car, so I’m not sure if it’s inconvenient to get there from Maihama or if it’s easy to get there.
2. There is no convenience store nearby, you have to walk a distance, and Google didn’t show it. I only saw it on the taxi after I arrived. I bought water, food, etc. elsewhere before arriving at the hotel.
3. If you book with the official website, you will get free breakfast, but there will be an additional fee for trips.
Recommended for people who don’t have children under 7 years old to stay~

I was very satisfied with the hospitality that was too much! I was able to take a bath according to the time to go home, keep the heating on, and besides, I was able to spoil the color 々. I feel like I was allowed to stay at my relative's house. I wanted to see the landlord again and go to stay.

Didn’t realised that there is no swimming pool in the hotel. Other than that, we love the hotel. Location wise not super convenient but travelling around is not too difficult and there is the Lawson convenience store just at the hotel lobby. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea on a first come first serve basis. Airport Express bus available at nearby hotel with online reservation. Good thing there is a shoe dryer. That is awesome since it rained the whole day and Disney and we really need to dry our shoes.

The service is very good. The staff at the counter are very enthusiastic. They asked me how to get on the Disneyland bus and personally took me outside to confirm. They were really enthusiastic. ❤️The room is simple, the sanitary equipment is very good and clean. The most important thing is that the breakfast is delicious but most of it is cold dishes. But it’s still delicious. I’d like to stay there next time if I have the chance.

DDionIt's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)

DDatsun95It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay.
I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour.
The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash.
Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting.
The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center.
I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late.
The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more.
The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel.

MMendozaIt was a great experience. It is very unusual for a big room in Tokyo but Mitsui Garden exceeded our expectation. The room is big, clean, with phone charger, with 2 toilets. For a group of 6, surely you will not be in trouble during your early preparation before going out on your day trip. Awesome. Will definitely book here again.

Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour supermarket, which is very convenient. There are also many places to eat and drug stores downstairs. Luggage can be stored on the day of departure and needs to be retrieved before 5 pm. There are bottled water and self-service coffee. The staff is friendly. The hotel has an elevator to the floor. The accommodation area is relatively large compared to Tokyo. The three-person room can open two 24-inch luggage and can cook. The disadvantage is that the location is a little far from the city center.

However, my room was not cleaned once during my entire stay, I just had clean towels every day. GGuest UserWe knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney).
The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping.
We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.
