Checking in and dropping off luggage took a long time. The bell desk from the room took a long time to respond. They said it would take 15 minutes to serve a single pair of chopsticks. The only amenities provided were toothbrushes. You could order anything else via the TV or over the phone. The TV also seemed to be connected via Wi-Fi, so it took a while to turn on. Perhaps because of this, it was unstable even when connected to a computer. You need to walk 10 minutes from Maihama Station or take the monorail.

1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

If you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. We stayed in the old hotel. Although the room felt a bit older, the overall hygiene was pretty good. The main reason was that there was a large bathhouse available, so I was not in the room when I took a shower, and the sauna facilities were also very good. The staff are friendly and the free transportation to and from Maihama (Disney) is very convenient. Be sure to try their breakfast seafood donburi which is amazing.

If you settle your purchases in the hotel without using your room number, you can use the simplified check-out process. Put your room key in the box in the lobby and check out in one second. With the ingenious system, no need to make your companion/family wait in the lobby. In addition, the rooms are equipped with ”Noritake” teacups and black/green tea bags. The ”Noritake” teacups feature pure gold rim decorations, so you can have a fantastic ”tea party” in a room that would envy Alice. Great hotel, quiet, comfortable, quite spacious, and the sanitary environment is particularly good. The front desk was very patient and polite. There is a shuttle bus to the subway station, which is just over one kilometer away, and it is also very convenient to get to the city center.

It was very good! Stayed in Emion Tower Standard Room. I went with my child, and it was great that you could choose the size of the amenities and loungewear, and they were separate! There is a corner next to the smiling face bath for children's amenities, so I took them from there (as of late September 2023) I was able to easily move the bed in the room to make it a Hollywood twin, so I didn't have to worry about my child having trouble sleeping! It was a plan that included breakfast. There aren't many types, but you can broadly choose from Japanese and Western, and each one feels like it's made with care. There was also a children's plate so they could enjoy choosing together!
