"The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest."
"The location is a bit remote, but there is a shuttle bus. It is not so convenient but there is a solution.
The hotel staff are very polite and provide good service. They will help solve any problems.
In addition, although the restaurant is open for breakfast, the beverage bar cannot be used. It is recommended to open it for use so that everyone can have a comfortable morning.
All in all, it's a great hotel, the price is worth the service and quality provided. I will go there again if I have the chance to go to Disneyland"
"Location was great, right beside the mall and the train station. Convenient shuttle bus access to Disneyland and Disneysea free of charge! Cross a road and walk less than 5min opposite to get on the airport transfer to Narita/haneda airport! Tbh, one of the better stay in Japan due to its cleanliness and size of the room."
"Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel.
Rooms very spacious and we loved the little touches like the pyjamas.
Shuttle buses were great for getting to and from the Disney Parks. Staff were all very kind and helpful."
"The room was a bit on the small side, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast was quite good, and the shuttle service was very convenient, making it a top choice for Disneyland. Despite being located by the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. Definitely recommended."
"The Le Xiang Hotel is the most affordable of the Disney-operated hotels. It's divided into two pavilions, Wishing and Adventure. The Wishing theme park is decorated in pink and purple, giving it a girly feel. I haven't booked the Adventure theme park yet, as the flyer says it's yellow. The beds are about one meter long, and there are two large sofas, perfect for sleeping. The hotel also provides pillows underneath. There's a convenience store downstairs, but the Disney store is gone, replaced by online ordering. Breakfast is available at a self-service breakfast machine, and the price is reasonable. The buffet features Disney elements. The TVs at the hotel have Disney Channel, with a wide selection of cartoons. The hotel offers early admission to the park. The shuttle bus to Land stops at number 4, while to Seaside, you'll need to take a one-stop train ride and three stops back, as the train loops. A one-day ticket costs 700 yen and comes with a cute ticket stub. You can choose the ticket face of your choice. Note that the Shippo ticket is scannable, while the Mickey ticket is not, and both tickets require separate entry points. The only downside is the distance from the shuttle bus. I might try another Disney hotel next time, but I really like Le Xiang. Thanks for finding it."
"The hotel has everything you need, including a bathtub in the bathroom, separate wet and dry areas, free toiletries in the lobby, and coin-operated washing machines. The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation. There is a bus stop just 60 meters away, and you won't have to wait too long to get to Disneyland. The downside is that the room is small, and you can't walk if you open two suitcases."
"It's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance."
"If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure). The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options."
"The room was spacious, and the two single beds were generously sized. Even with an extra bed for our group of three, it still felt comfortable. The bathroom featured a convenient wet-dry separation. The high-tech toilet was a nice touch, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The complimentary shuttle bus service between Maihama Station and the hotel was a definite plus."

Amazing
CChrissy_HankWow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service.
Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea.
The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better.
Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding.
All staff are friendly and nice.
There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious.

__M1385322****I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. A shuttle bus service to Maihama Station is also available. Overall, it was a wonderful 4 days! Tokyo Disney Resort was a blast!
To reach Disneyland Park, you'll need to take a shuttle bus to Maihama Station and then walk from there. For DisneySea, you can walk to DisneySea Station, purchase a ticket, and then ride Disney's charming monorail.

GGabriel LamaisonI was there with my family, party of 5. I booked two rooms. The hotel is super well located, if you want to go to Disney. Right in front of the train station, and the shuttle service is also well organized. Breakfast has a lot of different thing to choose from. The rooms are a little bit old, no so dramatic, but is not quite modern. I would be staying there again.

11391151****Absolutely fantastic! We chose this hotel for our Disney trip, and it offered excellent value for money! The hotel is just across the street from a lovely seaside park, complete with sprawling lawns, ocean views, a sports club, and a playground for kids. It's spacious and uncrowded. Although we hadn't realized check-in on our first day was at 6 PM (I was a bit confused, as I'd booked three separate nights with varying check-in times listed, some 3 PM and some 6 PM), we simply headed to the park first when we arrived at 5 PM and couldn't check in. The weather was humid and hot, but none of that dampened our spirits. It truly felt like an ideal spot for a vacation. After checking in and getting to our room, we found it a bit cramped. We had booked a triple room (as only adults could have separate rooms, and I was with my two children, a triple room was our only option). Despite the size, it was well-equipped with three beds, a sofa, a table, and a TV. The separate toilet and shower area also felt a bit cramped. However, the highlight was the public bathhouse on the top floor, where we could soak in a hot bath and wash away the day's fatigue – I truly loved that!

11391627****The location is very convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, with the pick-up/drop-off point on the 1st floor. From Bayside Station (on the Disney Resort Line), there's a free shuttle to the hotel from Exit 1. It's handy if you have luggage, but it's also a quick and easy walk without. There's also a paid airport shuttle service available; you just need to register and pay via QR code in advance.
The views are fantastic, especially from rooms with a balcony and ocean view.
For breakfast, there are several restaurants to choose from. I opted for the one on the 1st floor, nearest to the elevators. Even going down at 9:30 AM, there was still a queue, but the food selection was extensive.
Rooms come with complimentary drip coffee, tea bags, and two bottles of water, plus a kettle. There are also two convenience stores on the 2nd floor.
Facilities: They are a bit dated, but everything functions perfectly. The air conditioning control panel is located above the bedside table.
Overall, it's a good choice, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserI visited Tokyo Disney with my children in July 2025 during the peak season.
1. **Location:** Superb location! Just a 7-minute walk straight ahead after turning left leads directly to DisneySea. A shuttle bus to Disneyland is available, though it's also within walking distance. It's conveniently close to Maihama Station. Most importantly, it's very near the Disney Ambassador Hotel's shopping area, making dining very convenient.
2. **Price:** I personally felt it offered superb value for money. Neighboring hotels typically start from ¥1500-¥5000, making this a very fair price given its location.
3. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean. However, one slightly odd thing was that we had to bring towels and other amenities to the front desk for replacement, and we also had to proactively inform the front desk if we wanted our room cleaned.
4. **Facilities:** The hotel does not have a laundry room. There's a microwave and free iced coffee in the lobby. We booked a triple room, which came with a foot massager. Japanese hotel rooms are typically compact.
Overall, it's a good hotel and I'd recommend it as a reference for others.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great for my needs. I needed a simple room to stay at, as I had a very early morning bus the next morning.
Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!
