Great location. Busses to and from the hotel, Disney's, and trams are available and come around often. The facility has many restaurants, a Disney store, and a convenient store, but I do suggest getting extra amenities or dine around Maihama Station if you're on a budget. The room are quit retro and have everything you need. Sleeping wise beds are okay, pillows though are like flat sponges. Staying here is fine if you're looking for affordability near the parks.

Hotel location is within walking distance to Disneyland although there are shuttle bus services too, the room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, allowed us to store luggage when we went for Disneyland

Great location and nice room! Love the ocean ship theme! The only thing is that the room temp is a bit too high for us

Location is convenient to go Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea with its shuttle bus service. Able to book and board the Airport Limousine too. Although the hotel is not new, but is spacious enough to accommodate 4 beds and still has space to open up your luggages. Pictures shown the shuttle bus services.

The experience was not very good, mainly because of the poor hygiene. It was the dirtiest hotel of the same level that I have stayed in Tokyo. The facilities were seriously aging, and there were many stains on the carpets and walls. It can be seen that the hotel staff has cleaned carefully, but the facilities are still dirty.
