1. The location is remote, so you can take a taxi or charter a car, so I’m not sure if it’s inconvenient to get there from Maihama or if it’s easy to get there. 2. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was a separate sink, so I was able to stay very comfortably.

The room is very good. The location is a little far from Disneyland. Bus No. 20 goes directly to Maihama. There is also a shuttle bus at the door, which runs twice an hour.

The room was very simple but clean. Perhaps because the check-in time was after 10 p.m., the only snacks provided were candy, and the rental equipment warehouse only had a trouser press and a humidifier. It would be nice if you could add more hair irons, since it doesn't have to be as many as the number of rooms. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the children enjoyed it. I think it was a cheap and reasonably satisfying hotel.

The room and common areas were clean. You can also reserve a parking lot. I think that's a good thing It's a problem that there are no restaurants nearby.

Some people may get lost or have trouble finding the shuttle bus from Maihama Station, but the hotel itself was very clean, and the front desk and breakfast staff were very polite and helpful.
