The hotel was clean and nice overall. We came early to go to Disneyland and they wouldn’t put my breast milk for my baby in the fridge or freezer. This place is a family hotel you would think they would understand the importance of keeping breast milk cold and make an exception and place it in one of there fridges for the day. This was very upsetting. They told me I could check in at 3pm and then put it in a fridge then. Which was also annoying because obviously I checked to make sure there was a fridge in my room for the breast milk before I booked the room…

Good location. The free Disney shuttle is a big plus. Difficult to find the shuttle parking lot as there are no signs that lead to it. Hotel staff are friendly especially at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of Asian and western food. Room was spacious enough for me to open up my suitcase fully. Toilet and bathroom were separate which is a plus. Will stay here again if we are not staying in the Disney resort. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Wonderful Hotel, Great welcome , Lawson is Just at the Hotel for Convenience. Free Shuttle to Disneyland. Kept a nice greeting in the room for my Son's birthday.
Just Far from City, but not a big problem.

Kid. Friendly hotel.. Buffet breakfast was decent with variety of of kids loving sprinkles and chocolate fountain.. The shuttle busses to disneyland and sea was so convenient... Bath tub available so kids will enjoy that.. Lawson being near the lobby was the highlight

Kid-friendly, the kids enjoyed sa candy bar and the variety of foods for breakfast.
The room is spacious and and the bed is large enough for a family of four 😊
And I loved the free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort 😊

Value for money and shuttle bus to airport and disney is available
Microwave in room and you can buy Lawson food within the hotel

Didn’t realised that there is no swimming pool in the hotel. Other than that, we love the hotel. Location wise not super convenient but travelling around is not too difficult and there is the Lawson convenience store just at the hotel lobby. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea on a first come first serve basis. Airport Express bus available at nearby hotel with online reservation. Good thing there is a shoe dryer. That is awesome since it rained the whole day and Disney and we really need to dry our shoes.
