How come need to pay parking fee while u stay and the charge is way too high comparatively. E power parking space all were occupied

Nice big hotel 10 minutes by foot from bus terminal and monoail station. Not very far from clean main city beach. Nice indoor pool with mineral water and jacuzzi. Nice thermal area with hot water. Shallow outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Very tasty breakfast.

Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance.
However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase "as I said" while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

The hotel locates near the train station, and quite easy to travel from the airport and Kokusai Dori street. The hotel has good facilities. My daughter enjoyed the swim at the pool.

The view is so bad and just opposite from the US army area.
Pool open late at 10am only.
Breakfast buffet is fair and the hall only
parking is expensive JPY1800.
