The hotel was amazing as per usual, however the new staff member had no idea about the facilities and what each room had in them. We had a heap of microwave items we disposed of , just to find there was a microwave after being told there definitely wasn’t one. Maybe the staff need to look in the rooms every once and a while .

Right at the pier! The best place to stay for whale watching. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are small. There are no facilities around. It is convenient to take a boat. It is far from Brisbane.
