房間的硬件設施齊全舒適，智能客房，無可挑剔。軟件方面有待提高的簡直太多了，第一次讓我在退房的時候吐槽一大堆。第一是衞生問題，好幾處可見污漬、頭髮，更讓人崩潰的是喊服務員過來換臟的枕單床單，連續打開3條都是洗得不乾淨的。還有食品安全問題，早餐的哈密瓜是壞的。服務態度也不敢恭維，找不到前台的電話，房間座機電話是撥不出去的，衞生紙餐巾紙摳搜得住一個晚上都不夠用，跑到前台要紙（因為前台電話打不到），結果2個小時直到退房也沒有人送紙。客房服務人員全程啞巴，連基本的你好謝謝都不願意説（我知道你是少數民族，但最基本的禮貌用語酒店肯定會培訓的好吧）。當地最好的酒店，希望能夠改進吧。畢竟坐擁這麼好的旅遊資源。

房間落地大窗很美，面積大，設施現代化+自動化，暖氣很足，熱到蹬被，觸發夜燈自動亮起。早餐不錯，沒有咖啡，臨時為外國朋友提供了咖啡條，他很滿意。
