This hotel is not good, it is recommended to stay. The location is convenient and relatively safe. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The coffee prepared in the room is also good. The breakfast is relatively rich, with delicious omelettes, cereals, fruits, etc.👍

I did not have hot water in room 307 for both nights of my stay. In room 308 i was unable to use the heating or cooling system for my entire stay as well. Also in 308 the stopper for the tub was sealed down causing the water not to drain. I informed staff if the issues and maintenance was supposed to be contacted and never was. I was supposed to refunded my payment and was not. Highly unsatisfactory

We checked in at 4:30 and were told our room wasn't ready yet we got the option to wait of get a different room, we took the other room. That was great. We got to the room the pull out couch had something not even close resembling a mattress, super thin with stains on the cover. Our room was right next to the conferenceroom which they had a party in at night, which made it hard for all of us to sleep. Not so great. Breakfast was a joke. The person at the reception desk was very kind and friendly.

This hotel was ok. It was a little off the beaten path but it was clean and quiet. We had to ask for an extra towel as we were 3 in a room and there were only 2 towels. Breakfast was pretty slim pickings.

The juice machine didn't work, breakfast was extremely scarce, there was more than an hour left and there was practically nothing left. I understand that they should have staff making sure everything was in order. The pool water was extremely cold, they had no towels in the area. Among the hotel options in that price range this has definitely been the worst experience.

Upon arrival the bathroom sink was filled with hair. Only reason I didn’t complain about the hair was cause there was two gentlemen drink at the front counter looking for a room. The gentleman checking me in was very nice and gave me my room key fast. As if someone shaved bathroom sink also backed up. Water wasn’t very hot. area empty. Juice variety was out of order. The sheets were clean and mattress was Comfy.
