This place is absolutely beautiful, many different types of rooms. Very rustic and historic. The only issue was the waitress in the restaurant was very rude.

Hidden treasure I'd say. But it seems very popular with travellers. Rooms were huge with a semi pantry area, super long double hand wash basin and two double beds decked out ans decorated so prettily. Staff very helpful and dinner we had at the barn was delightful. So was the breakfast. Not far away is the Giant supermarket. Great place to unwind and enjoy a good break.

I booked the Inn for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. The rooms are very nice, glad they provide seating area other than just a basic room. Our front desk staff were great! Gary and Abigail were very helpful and enjoyed talking with them. The coffee shop and bar were nice extras. Just great to relax and get away. We already booked our future stay.

If they don’t change their coordinators they won’t be successful much longer. Do not get married at this place. Stay for a mini get away if you like the hotel because it’s pretty but save yourself from the nightmare of a wedding there. Stephanie was a terrible wedding coordinator, Gianna was not helpful. Wedding was a nightmare because of their team. There were dead roses underneath our bed in our suite from previous guests. Tracie the florist charged for flowers and did not deliver them, the manager stated that it’s a based on what they have but did not refund me. At the end of the wedding they threw away my wedding flowers and the general manager Matt Warner did not even apologize when I explained all that had happened. Tracie told me their staff threw them away, without asking me. My bouquet and large center piece, gone. Had they simply apologized it would have made everything better. Can you imagine paying thousands of dollars in flowers and they simply throw them away including your bouquet without asking. While you were still at the property! They rip you off every chance they get. Do not get married at this place. I will report them on every site and make sure everyone I know hears about how horrible these people were. This will be escalated so that they never do something like this to anyone else. Just as the comment below, they help leading up to the wedding “ so they get there money” but day of the wedding you are on your own! The buffet we paid extra for the following day ran out of food, guests didn’t have juice or utensils. It seems like they are under staffed and trying to make it work but failing miserably. They claim they are luxury but lack in the basics of customer service. Communications back from the general manager are all set to cover themselves and not take any responsibility.

We were heading to Hershey for a long weekend and to see a concert (Stevie Nicks- which, btw, was postponed AS the gates were opening- people were already tailgating for hours and had already heard the sound check…. But, that’s another story:)) I did some research and came across the information on this lovely hotel. I happen to be partial to Historic Hotels, Relais & Chateaux, Leading Hotels, etc so I decided we had to book the Inn at Leola. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and told we had been upgraded. (Note: they have no porters or luggage carts, everyone must bring their bags to their rooms on their own- however, the property isn’t that large, parking is ample, barring a wedding going on, so it’s easily doable) They have a lovely pastry & coffee shop on premises to grab a morning bite. We enjoyed lattés, baked oats, yogurt parfaits, and delicious freshly baked pastries! They also have a fine dining restaurant with a premier chef, but we didn’t get there on this trip- we will for sure next time! The Inn is nestled in Amish Country, with each of the towns you will want to visit anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes driving distance. The Inn also has a small pool area, just adorable, with a pool menu as well. Our upgraded room was huge and very rustic- we loved it! The bathroom had a huge European style open walk in stone tiled shower, toilet & bidet, and a very large 2 sink vanity (I hesitate to even call it a vanity because it was the length of one of the walls!) The room also had a gas fireplace which would be lovely in colder months! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp white. We had an ample supply of towels & washcloths as well as a few complimentary soaps & shampoos. (Sadly I couldn’t use any because they contained Shea which is a tree nut and I am severely allergic) I ordered some extras when I booked our room and they were excellent in regard to awareness of nuts when I had special requests. I ordered a ½ dozen roses, a rose petal turndown, and champagne with a lovely plated crudités. The champagne was actually Prosecco (they need to fix that on their order sheet) but it was a nice one. I had asked for no nuts and placed a few extra special requests when ordering the crudités and they honored all of my requests very pleasantly! Literally every single request! They were fabulous! We very much appreciated the efforts on their behalf! The crudités plate was perfect! I always travel with Clorox wipes, Lysol, etc so as per my usual, I cleaned all doorknobs, remote controls, light switches, handles, etc because I’ve found rarely if ever do even the finest hotels instruct their cleaning staff to do that. Here are my small caveats with this Inn: you cannot lock the bathroom door, should you so desire. AND My biggest caveat, the floors were really dirty. Not visibly upon looking, but, #1, our socks & slippers were super dirty/stained (we personally keep a shoe free home and steam clean our floors multiple time

My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and had an excellent experience. When we got there they had upgraded us unexpectedly to the bridal suite which was funny since they had no idea we were there for our anniversary. The place is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully landscape and offers spa treatments, a billiard room, exercise facility. Our room was gorgeous and the staff very polite and professional. Be sure to try it next time you visit the Lancaster area. We cant wait to go back!

I’ve traveled the country and most of Europe and have stayed in a range of places but this hotel is in my top 5. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are beyond comfortable and the pillows are the fluffiest. I have never been disappointed with any of the rooms. The restaurant is delish and the bar always has a nice crowd with great drinks. Front desk was accommodating and cordial's. Don’t listen to these other reviews, they are simply wrong. ❤️

The negative reviews I read were not my experience. I am very fussy about cleanliness and smells. The rooms are spread out and doorman escorts you. The building elegant and room was spacious and clean. Actually, the room is so large you hear echoing. No old thrift store smell at all! Large bathroom, comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and service spot on! There was only one downside for me, we went there because we dreamt of a lobby or restaurant with a roaring fire and soft leather furnishings. The pictures gave that impression. However, the restaurant fire is gas and covered with a 4 top table and lobby fire isn’t a functioning wood burning.

In April, I had left my AirPods in my room. I watched them be carted all around downtown Lancaster (via Find My). They did end up back in the office but no return phone call and they did not return to me.
