Dinner is a full-course meal called ”Snow Country Gastronomy” based on ingredients and traditional dishes that have been eaten in the snow country for generations. Although the taste was above the level, there was no dish that left an impression with the orthodox menu structure. Although it is a different world once you pass through the gate, it is close to the city area and is along National Route 291, which runs parallel to the Uonuma River, so the location is not very environmentally friendly.
