"The people working in the hotel are great, they are very friendly and helpful! The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food. Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center."

"Hotel location is very convenient, in the town of Interlaken, there are many supermarkets and restaurants around. There is a stream at the door. There is a bus in Interlaken East that can be reached by one stop. very convenient. The room is very clean and spacious, you can cook by yourself, very good! Pots and tableware are complete."

"The room is clean but tight for 2 pax. Chambermaid clean the room daily. Breakfast is delicious. The choice of food is the same for our stay for 6 days. But we are happy with it, especially the curry vegetarian and white jasmine rice and basic continental breakfast. We have good views of Jungfraujoch on clear day from our room. Bus 105 and 21 from interlaken west train station go directly to the hotel. It is a short walk of 2 mins to the hotel."

"Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends."

"Close to the West Station, if you take the bus from the Jungfrau, and the bus is only two miles in an hour, but only two stations are also very fast. "I always like to be honest in my reviews. As a solo traveller of 71 years I booked a single room, which was on the top floor. The lift only went up to the second floor but on my arrival my suitcase was taken up to my room for me. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a writing desk and a washbasin. I am a light sleeper and the only downside to this room was that the bed is right next to the wall of the room next door, which could really do with more sound proofing. I was there for a week and had a variety of changes to that room next door, some very loud. Lucky for me, I took silicone earplugs with me. The room also had a sloping ceiling, where the eaves are. I am only 5'4” and banged my head a few times. BUT the view from the window was worth it. See photo. FABULOUS!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The owner Jean-Louis always greeted me in the morning, when I had my early morning cuppa before breakfast. Armed was always there to help too. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to suit most peoples' needs. This ranging from cereals with dried fruits and nuts, cheese and meats, bacon and scrabbled egg, yoghurts, many different breads and croissants, jams and fresh fruit. This topped up with freshly made coffee and tea at your table. There is also an area where the hotel provides quality teas of so many different types and a machine that prepares freshly ground coffee whenever you want it. Milk is provided too. I could fault this hotel and I would like to thank everyone for making my stay and pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to my return when in Switzerland."
