We just checked out from this hotel on 10th July after staying for 5 nights. Ours was a 2 bedroom apartment which was of very decent size for our family with 2 adults and 2 kids. The view from the room was awesome, just overlooking Jungfrau and the river. City centre is around 5 minutes walk and Interlaken Ost station around 15 minutes from here, so overall convenient location. The apartment comes with a kitchenette, and there is also a laundry room at ground floor for the guests at no cost. So, overall very comfortable stay. The most impressive part was Mr. Svein’s ( hopefully I spelled his name correctly) warm and caring attitude. Throughout our stay, he has been a perfect host and made sure we were comfortable and happy.

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I also highly recommend the breakfast here; it was incredible. We’d love to come back to Interlaken again, and we’ll definitely stay here. Finally, the view is just unreal- you have a view of the entire town plus Jungfrau. Attached is the view from our room.

This is a great hotel. Owners are the nicest people alive and the location is amazing. 100% will return. Stayed here in June 2023. Room was clean and had a great view. Walking distance from the city and both train stations. Good food in the area and watching the parachutes all day from the balcony was good fun.

we stayed at the hotel goldey swiss for three nights during our stay in interlaken... we were so glad to have made the rite choice for this hotel... the most fanatstic thing is its location which is simply great!!! even if u arent staying in the rooms facing the alps... our most pleasant time was at the breakfast... u have such a good view of the swans and ducks swimming in the lake infront, the train passing by, the people with their dogs taking a leisure walk, the alps and the sky....all this to see just from the breakfast table!!!! the staff is sweet and nice...and i must stay this hotel certainly has great value for money ! and whats more we had free internet access from the comfort of our room which we were unable to avail at the other hotels... much much better than the other four star hotels we stayed at!!!!

We had a wonderful family holiday, staying 3 nights as guests at this fantastic hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really made our stay great. The rooms were clean and tidy and the food scrumptious. The front of house staff all spoke very good English. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with views...of mountainous region it is situated in.

We accidentally got this place because our hotel reservations at another place were cancelled. We were so pleased with the change. The staff had a welcoming message for us on a card when we arrived and the view over the river and to the mountains was gorgeous. The room was somewhat small but very adequate. We enjoyed going out to the balcony to take pictures of the ever changing scenery. The staff was so helpful and nice in giving us ideas of what to do and how to get to the train stations. The breakfast was an array of fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses and whatever juice and drink you desired. Afternoon tea and extra yummy cakes, etc. were special. When we left, they were kind in splitting the bill between my girlfriend and myself. They even had a can of chocolates to give to each of us as we left. What a nice hotel! I would definitely recommend this out of the way and scenic place. Was so much better than where we had originally planned to stay and only a five-minute to the main touristy area of Interlaken. Walking to train stations were 15-20 minutes.

The view from the rooms are spectacular - you can see the mountains, the town and the river right off the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, local meat and cheeses with some fruit, eggs, pastries and drinks. The staff was VERY friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. It’s a short walk (15 minutes) from the train station and a little less to the main part of town, but it’s all very pretty and scenic. Also, easy access up to Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, Murren, Grindelwald and Jungfraujoch, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!
