A rather nice hotel in a typical Germanic style. The staff were lovely and the food was good. My friends made use of the swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was great with a good variety of choices...

Marvelous, most German, cozy and welcoming family hotel. Very friendly staff and good kitchen. Very large rooms, everything spotlessly clean. Big, cozy, panelled lobby. Rooms with balcony and lovely view. Only drawback: bad wifi. No 4/5G so extra dependent on wifi. Guest-wifi and Firmen-wifi did not work. Bit of a downturn in 2023!

The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet, green spot. Although my room was not modern or recently renovated, it was clean, nice and large. The pool was refreshing and the wellness welcoming. I found the staff in the restaurant and kitchen very well trained and professional, something of rarity nowadays. All in all a very positive experience.

Wonderful Food the rooms with balcony have amazing views The rooms are large with a good shower There a plenty a areas to relax and enjoy the views. The swimming pool is great The staff are friendly and helpful

Ein ehemals schönes Hotel, das allerdings in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies merkt man überall. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, nach dem Zimmerbezug mussten zunächst Urinflecken vom Vormieter entfernt werden. im Badezimmer Schimmel an und in der Dusche.

Leider alles sehr enttäuschend Preis Leistung passt gar nicht Abendessen pauschale Essen sehr fad sehr lange Wartezeiten pommes aus altem Fett roher Fisch schnitzel schmeckt nach Fisch Personal im Service bemüht allerdings eher unqualifiziert. Nachbestellen nicht möglich da kein Kellner mehr kommt dafür viel zu hohe Preise Saunabereich sehr in die Jahre gekommen viel zu klein für so viele Gäste Ruheliegen viel zu wenig alles überfüllt keine Erholung..Zimmer alt sehr dunkel Frühstück leer nachfüllen dauert Mitarbeiter überfordert ungeführt und überlastet allerdings bemüht!

Hôtel qui mérite des grosses rénovations, épaisse vielle moquette verte ignoble, piscine fraîche, douche au sauna défaillante et celle de la piscine hors fonction. Restaurant dépassé par le nombre de tables à servir, vous oblige à prendre le menu à 40 € alors que la veille à l'accueil il nous a été indiqué que ce n'était pas obligatoire. Après mon insistance il m'a été "accordé" de ne prendre qu'un potage alors que toute la tablée a bien pris ce fameux menu au prix exagéré. Fortement déçue à part le petit déjeuner qui lui est très bien.

Een super hotel, helemaal in stijl van het Schwarzwald. We hadden een super grote Deluxe kamer. Zeer schoon. Zeer rustige ligging. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Super goed ontbijt. Diner kaart helaas vrij klein en de bediening laat soms te wensen over. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. Sauna en zwembad ook fantastisch.

Wunderschöne Lage! Wir waren in einem Anbau untergebracht “Old School”. Das Zimmer war leider nicht der Stand eines 4-Sterbe Hotels. Der Balkon war schmutzig, sie Moebel ebenfalls und die Bodenfliesen haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Due Balkontuere war leider auch nicht gereinigt. Das Fruehstueck war soweit ok, abgesehen von einem überarbeiteten Kellner, der sehr hektisch war. Auch auf der Terrasse war seit längerem keiner der mal dennBesen in due Hand genommen hat. Wir hatten Halbpension- auch hier war das Essen ok. Als Allergiker allerdings sehr schwierig. Der Wein vom Bercher aus Burkheim war exzellent! Halbpension nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das ganze war ok, jedoch kein 4-Sterne Niveau. Leider! Nicht gereinigt.
