The hotel is great in terms of location, design, and overall layout. However, it lacks on-site staff to assist guests, making it difficult to get support, information, or learn about opportunities both within the hotel and in the surrounding area. Our experience felt more like staying at an Airbnb rather than a traditional hotel. I would recommend gathering as much information as possible about the hotel and nearby attractions before your stay."

A beautiful peaceful hideaway in the Black Forest. Can walk cycle nearby or drive to other lovely places. Staff are wonderful and other guests make a great atmosphere. Mixed age groups including happy kids. Good kitchen and living areas. Wifi superb. Plenty of parking either in garage or outside. .

A super place in the heart of Schwarzwald with super helpful people The resort lacks a swimming pool - which would have moved it from very good to excellent Also the Restaurant - which is not Hapimag - Could have coordinate to offer also the option of Breakfast

Ohne Fahrrad oder Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. In Unterkirnach gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu Speisen. Der Ort hat sehr nachgelassen. Deshalb war das unser letzte Reise dorthin.

1-Zimmer-Premium Zimmer mit hervorragendem Ausblick, charmanter Ausstattung. Ressort sehr gut oberhalb des Ortes gelegen am Sonnenbalkon sozusagen. Einzig einige Renovierungen nötig: im Bad trotz Teilrenovierung zu kleine Dusche und recht altes WC, Waschbecken , Fliesen und Heizkörper schön renoviert
