We had a very good time: the place is enchanting and rich in history, the cuisine is excellent, the rooms and environments are very clean, the staff is very kind. It is impossible to be less than melancholy when leaving this establishment. I came back for the second time and it's always like being with family. Edith and her family manage every aspect of your stay with warmth and obsessive attention, to the point that you leave happily spoiled. Rooms with sober furnishings and perfect silence are ideal, ideally bordered by clear mountain skies to be enjoyed through the large skylights. Ingrid's cuisine is always fun and excellent in its ingredients and results, which enhances the excellent local products to make elegant and very, very satisfying solutions: the generous and rich breakfast, which always starts with an invigorating elixir and always includes a cooked egg every day differently, the stay alone is worth it, even if the gourmet dinners themselves are a large and always refined meal; Edith, tireless and very sweet, knows how to give excellent advice and meeting her every morning is like returning to a happy childhood. Mirko, the property's true Gastgeber, has a Delphic wisdom that will reassure you on every aspect of your stay, which also allows you to try excursions of all difficulties, from the gentlest ones for beginners to safe but more challenging paths. Finally, the poetic personality of Mr Giorgio watches over everyone, emerging from a story by Fenoglio and historical memory from which there is always so much to learn.

A day of memories in a place full of emotions for me and my long-time friends. My husband and I often go to the Al Cervo hotel because it is beautiful, the managers are divine and the food is amazing. And yesterday too we ate very well. Ingrid, the cook has the gift of knowing how to excellently combine the flavors and ancient dishes of South Tyrolean cuisine with the innovation that only a truly good chef can do. And yesterday it was like that too
