I very much liked the central location of this hotel close to major tourist attractions as well as its friendly staff. I had a very nice, convenient room with a great view. I liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, TV, great wifi connection and the sauna in the hotel. Thank you!

Room was old and averaged size. One of the towels was not clean. The hairdryer still had a string of hair on it. Felt a bit itchy as well sleeping on the bedding. Service was excellent though with regard to luggage storage.

An average hotel in the middle of town. It is an old hotel on a busy street with bars and ***** clubs. You do get some drunk and crazy people outside the hotel at night. But again, you are in the mix of things and have excellent restaurants nearby.

The room was great, but the information given out when you check in is terrible / non exsistant.
We had our own vehicle so needed safe car parking, was given a diagram with the park area.
When we went in this very very small carpak it was full, so proceeded to go to the information desk again, and was told that we would have to
park in the PUBLIC car park next door..... not happy as this was NOT a secure parking area to leave our vehicle all night.
Then we had to proceed and find our way back to the the Hotel.... no information again of how to get back.
YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOU POLICY FOR MORE INFORMATION GIVEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AS THIS IS VERY POOR.
WE FOR ONE COUPLE WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN AND WILL BE TELLING ANYONE THAT IS VISITING ADELAIDE NOT TO BOOK WITH YOUR HOTEL.

Things went wrong from the moment I was checking in.
I booked the executive King room at 32m and they attempted to get me to accept a tiny room in the corner of the building. When I asked for the correct room. The Gaslight was turned on.
Dishonest or a scam. Hard know which because their slaves are DEI hires.
D = Dumb E = elderly I = Ignorant.
Won't stay here ever again.
MINIBAR was a huge joke. See photos.
