This hotel is near everything!! We loved it!!! The only thing the hotel parking lot has several holes😩😩😩

We stayed 4 nights. The breakfast area seems a bit cramped and squeezed in as an afterthought. An outdoor seating area for non smokers would be nice. Fitness room is a closet. Coffee needs some help. Area seems safe and near a lot of shops. Beds are comfortable.

We needed a quick place to stay overnight on our way through Cincinnatti and wanted to stay out of downtown and close to a Jungle Jim's. The location was just what we wanted and provided a typical breakfast, however, the room we originally were supposed to have was with a pull out sofa, and the sofa contained dogfood and mouse droppings. We quickly went to the front desk and asked for another room but they did not have the same room as booked, so we ended up a little crowded. Overall, management made things right and we went on our way. Probably wouldnt stay at this property again, but location was pretty nice.

The room was clean, and plenty of towels, washcloths, pillows, soaps and coffees were provided. The air conditioning worked great, and we slept soundly. I selected a room at the end of the hall, near the stairs and near the ice machine, and we had no problems with noise. I traveled with a dog, and the front desk very capably corrected an issue where my online reservation for 2 rooms had applied the dog fee to both rooms, even though the dog would only be in one of the rooms. All the staff we interacted with were extremely gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was well-stocked. The app worked well to allow me to select my room, get a digital key, and check out. The location was extremely convenient to lots of restaurants, stores and the highway.

The staff at this hotel were all very friendly, and provided excellent service. The location is near everything you could possibly need, with several restaurants, and other general stores within easy walking distance. If your travels bring you this way, then have no qualms about booking this hotel for your stay.

The room is very nice. The staff are very friendly. The other residents are nice. The room is a little cramped. Myself, my grandma, and my two cats stayed in a 2 queen bed handicapped room. (maybe double beds but the lady that checked us in said it was a queen) My cats loved looking out the window as they are indoor/outdoor cats. We were given a sign letting people know we had our cats with us. I would recommend staying here.

We've stayed at lots of Hampton Inns over the years and this must be an older one. The rooms are smaller than most; the door to the bathroom is the same door that closes the closet -- it slides right and left -- and it doesn't close off the bathroom completely. The furniture is spartan. Breakfast is a typical Hampton breakfast. The wifi is finicky - once you've signed in if you leave wifi and try to come back the reconnection takes a long time. Staff was friendly. It's quiet and conveniently located to a lot of things, but it's just kind of a tired place and could use some attention and upgrading.

I would have given a better review except the internet was so bad that I couldn’t. Everything else about the stay was fine. Nice, clean room. Easy to access and close to food options. Breakfast was fine. The internet was so bad that I was unable to do any work from the room. It is tough when travelling on business and the internet is not reliable. If internet doesn’t matter, then I would recommend this hotel.

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and stayed until Wednesday morning. The location is close to restaurants and shopping, and we were near Riverbend Music Center for concerts. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is construction next door, and we heard nothing during our stay. We had stayed here last year as well, and that was a good experience as well.
