Stayed for 4 days. I liked that they did come in every day to clean up and replace towels. Most of the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Locked out
It was a good stay, however check out was at 11 and went to the pool with the kids before leaving and we got locked out of the room. The key card no longer worked and the housekeepers key didn’t work. Other than that it was a good experience

Overall a great stay
The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff were so NICE and accommodating, always asking if I needed anything. However, the front office staff did their jobs but were not friendly or welcoming. It didn't bother me but I was surprised by their lack in this area. I also appreciated the pet friendly offering. My suggestion for this area would be to include poop bags and trash cans around the building. I carry my own bags and am willing to walk to a trash receptacle but some people may not.

The property was clean and well kept. I had a couple small issues.
1: When I turned off one of the lights, it started flashing and I was concerned about the fire risk.
2: There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the bathroom door.
Over all, it was one of the best Super 8's I ever stayed.

Woke me up cost me 4 hours of sleep.
Hotel texted me at 10:42 at night about a request i had made hours and hours earlier. I was asleep by 9 so they woke me up. Then they texted me about the same issue at 8:06 am, 2 hours before my alam went off, and woke me up AGAIN. When i brought this to their attention they literally ignored me and did not respond. No apology, no offer for a discounted stay, nothing. Not even a "We'll take that under consideration next time."

We had a used soap bar in our shower, we paid $145 for room when this clearly should of been a $60 hotel. For that much, we should get a hit breakfast. So,upset i spent that much on crap.

Really need to note when amenities are closed
The hotel was picked for its amenities like a pool and breakfast. The pool is out of order and there was stale cereal hard boiled eggs and a waffle maker. Staff was friendly but would have stayed elsewhere as it was a family trip. This was picked because of the indoor pool.
