Lovely setting. Needs some tlc though. Rooms clean but pool areas need work and modernising. The bar is dated and breakfast was pasta, or mashed potatoes, which is strange. The only downside is that it is full of Russians and no other nationalities. The owner is lovely and friendly and most of the staff are nice. Added bonus is the monkeys that came to visit most days

We stayed 3 nights and it was a nice experience. House keeping were really good. Mr. Lalith helped with food. Malith helped to clean the room. Kishor helped to move our luggages. All staff is well trained and clean rooms. Only issue was the breakfast didn’t had much variety. Every day same menu. It should have atleast hopper corner or string hoppers, omelet, waffles. But overall it was great

Two very nice clean pool and sunbeds always available. The downside to this hotel is in my eyes they don't cater for UK citizens. Breakfast is entirely for the many Russian guests.....everything with cabbage and as for the fruit juice....I would love to know what flavour it is supposed to be........ We were there for 4 days and never heard another English voice....

Wow, this was such an amazing stay. The food is great, and there is so much to choose from! The rooms were big with huge bathrooms and the staff very friendly. Also, the patio and dining area are beautifully made and all the flowers - there were so many we couldn’t count them. The view is probably the absolute most amazing thing. aan outlook on the tea plantages with different shades of Green and mountains behind them. Great place for hiking and also for relaxing. Me, myself, I had several massages and treatments at the hotel which were amazing. I want to mention her name: Bisomenike. She has magic hands. I have never felt such warm energy in anyone’s hands ever before and she took all the time for me. This was a great experience. Besides, I want to mention Lalith. He was the waiter that served us and very kind, helpful and full of great tips and advice for the area to explore. We simply loved it here, and it would be a very nice spot to come back to.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a family holiday several times many years ago and found it to be a beautiful place affordable and clean. But this time we saw a difference in the cleanliness. They have two big dogs and they are really beautiful but needs to be bath more after or should not be in the reception area. Also the reception furniture need to be refreshed more often found it to be very dirty cushion need washing more often as it's the only area the wifi works everyone needs to sit there and you just didn't want to sit on the furniture. The cabanas were clean and inviting the two pools amazing clean and very nice. Food was great for the price you pay. Very affordable. Please don't take this to be a bad critic but to use it as a leaning exercise to up your game. Thank you for the experience. Michelle

We were very late check in on 24/03/23 however we have got a very nice surprise from the management of hotel offered us a club sandwich with fruits on the table in the room, the room is clean and the mattress is comfortable.

Tired hotel, pool area does not match lovely photos. Dog mess in grounds, several dogs on the property Dirty bath and surround Basic 2nd bed if you need a twin room, with itchy sheets and no mosi net ( used my own wrap as a bed sheet) No lunch service, breakfast buffet does not reflect Sri Lankan cuisine

This was our 2nd choice in Ella but the service and accommodation better than 1st place and one of great place to stay and enjoy. Bhagya from front office was very supportive and his gesture makes our stay much comfortable.
