The hotel is amazing! There is a swimming pool with unparalleled sunset views, and hermit crab children can be seen everywhere. The service staff are very nice, and their smiling faces at all times make people feel more friendly. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean beyond expectations, and the elderly and children in the family are infinitely satisfied!

A hotel with an awesome application for a boutique hotel, very beautiful interior, furniture, stones around. But a bit run down, somewhere badly the door moves apart, the pool is by the ocean, a little dirty. Well, in general, it is necessary to repair a little and there will be a bomb in general!

We stayed two nights in this fantastic resort. It is beautiful, has a very good location in Unawatuna and very friendly staff. We had a large family room where we could stay with our entire family of 4 children. The room was incredibly large and very clean. The manager arranged a day trip for us to the Sinharaja Rainforest. That was fantastically organized. We received delicious breakfast packages and enough water. The trip in Sinharaja was also fantastic. The breakfast is delicious and very extensive. They make the most delicious Sri Lankan omelette. We enjoyed it and would stay there again next time.

We had an excellent stay at this property which was in large due to the friendly staff who couldn't do more to help us. We had a beautiful room with an ocean & pool view to watch the sunset at night. Special thanks to Lahiru who went above & beyond 😀

OMG what can we say about this this resort...absolutely fabulous from the location to the Staff and the resort itself. While only listed as 4 stars in our travel itinerary, based on our experience it should qualify for 5 stars at least. Our accommodation was beautiful, spacious & exceptionally clean, the restrurant staff (and a special mention for the chef) was exceptional. The entire staff made us feel like their very own family and we wanted to take the front desk staff home with us!! On our next visit to Sri Lanka we intend to return for a longer stay. 3 rings!!

We stayed for 3 nights with a large family party and it was perfect. The staff were the friendliest we have met . We had a 50th and the team organised at short notice a cake and set us up by the beautiful rocks and sea . Sam and gihan were fabulous and mahinda was the best at organising us and the kids and getting our food order right . Prasad was brilliant answering any questions and we had a beautiful helpful receptionist satheesha . Def worth the stay for the people , the family room was lovely , the food was great , can’t fault the service .

We had an enjoyable 3 nights here. We had a family room which was perfect for travelling with teens as they had a separate room upstairs in the room. The 2 pools areas are good and very clean and in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea (but not able to access sea as big rocks and sea was rough). It was the quiet season so fewer sun-beds out but enough for the guests. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good buffet style. Hotel was very traditional and entrance and foyer impressive. They were doing some maintenance/painting in communal areas which will make the hotel even better. Location good (peaceful) and a 10 minute walk to Main Street of restaurants. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful room with amazing views facing the sea with a salt water pool right outside the door! Lovely helpful staff and only a short walk into town to find the beach and loads of lovely little shops and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was fine if you wanted a Euro centric meal but we weren’t impressed by the quality of food and ate breakfast down at Skinny Tom’s Deli and dinner at the amazing Wasanthas as we really wanted good Sri Lankan food.
