Great location and even better host. The penthouse apartment overlooked the Unawatuna Beach with an unhindered sea view from end to end. The apartment was spacious and offered all the facilities to cook without needing to venture out (other than for buying the groceries). The establishment is managed and operated by Lara and his family who live in the ground floor apartment of the building, providing a local and family feel to the experience. The traditional breakfast, freshly cooked, every morning was so tasty and packed with flavour. I wouldn’t not change a thing about this place!

We spent 9 days here, a great small hotel, with several rooms, very cozy, clean, with beautiful views, breakfasts are very tasty, served on the open terrace on the top floor, which offers a beautiful view of the palm trees and the ocean. You can use the kitchen and cook for yourself, you can also give them your laundry (for free). The owners and all the staff of the hotel are wonderful nice people, always ready to help. Also, you can rent a bike from them inexpensively + the owners helped with the transfer. There are many cafes nearby, a great fruit shop. It should be taken into account that the hotel is on a hill (but what views!) so you will have to climb up the mountain, but for us it did not matter since we were moving by bike.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber und die Mitarbeiter unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Потрясающий отель! Шриланскийские завтраки каждый день и каждый день что-то новенькое, вкусные смузи. Взяли пентхаус на несколько дней, веранда шикарная, вид открывается просто невероятный, дизайн очень стильный. В выходные бывало чуть-чуть слышна музыка из центра Унаватуны, по веранде бегали ящерки, просыпаешься от пения птиц)
