Kaju Green Eco Lodges

BEWARE:This is the real review. Not the one below. They upgrade you and coax you into providing not one but 3 , 5 star ratings across different platforms which felt misleading. It’s all smoke and mirrors. When we raised concerns, we were forced to either downgrade or pay for the complimentary upgrade, so we chose to leave early. Our stay at Kaju Lodge was disappointing. The room lacked basic cleanliness, and basic amenities.example being the towels and linens were worn out and in dire need of replacements.The presence of armed military in common areas ( dining area around the pool) where paying guests sit and relax made the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. We understand that the armed military is there for protection. We also understand that there will be insects, cockroaches, and even rats in a jungle setting, but it’s the staff’s responsibility to keep the kitchen clean and food properly covered to avoid contamination. Beautiful setting, but poorly managed—would not recommend in its current state. Sadly, this experience fell far short of what we expected from a 4-star property. I only hope that the owner will take this critical feedback and implement this as it’s extremely sad to see such a beautiful lodge crumble away. We have requested for a refund for the remaining of our stay, let’s hope this gets done. Please guys. Do not get fooled.

This lodge is the perfect place to connect with nature. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and blend comfort with a natural vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. It truly felt like a special experience. 10/10 – we definitely recommend it!

The hotel has a truly amazing view and ambience surrounding the entire area! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and helped us with all questions that might have come up in the meantime. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back next time.

Very nice and beautiful hotel,the one of the best hotel in Sri Lanka!Recomended. very pleasant and polite service, the hotel is connected to nature, there is yoga in the morning, massage is available and a delicious breakfast. I will come back here again.

A luxurious hotel, extremely satisfied. The staff is at the highest level. The food is very delicious. Unbelievably beautiful🌹🌹🌹🌹 We were happy at this hotel. There is a wonderful pool. The rooms are very beautiful. Lots of greenery. The free tuk-tuk to the beach is a plus.
