Servico de checkin, guest service, entrega do quarto, resposta a reclamações MUITO FRACO. Todo pessoal de bar e restaurante muito atencioso, proximo sem ser invasivo. Cafe da manha, frutos do mar, comida baiana e doces são os destaques na alimentação. As carnes (shoulder, pichnha) no jantar estavam um pouco secas. A pizza é de massa dura... mas ok, não é pra pizza que vamos para a Bahia. Destaque para tapioca (Liziane simpática e muito ágil), para o hamburguer (feito com muito cuidado e gentileza pelo Thiago). Chef Balon (Mercearia do Frances) dando show de gastronomia e simpatia na Paella e Canard. Sucos naturais frescos, ótimos drinks autorais. Farta escolha de cervejas. Bons destilados para ótimos cocktails. Vinhos e espumantes, ok (3 Medalhas, Salton). Monitores atenciosos. Destaque para o papo bom do Tio Soluço. No quarto tivemos problemas. Check in atrasado. Quarto entregue com configuração errada. Quarto entregue com menos travesseiros e cobertores que o esperado para 4 pessoas. Recepcao e Concierge jogando a responsabilidade um para o outro ao inves de responder. Gerente do hotel tentando me acessar pelo LinkedIn (????) ao inves de me procurar no hotel. Tenho a sensação que os problemas só começaram a ser resolvidos quando o Diretor de Operações (Flavio Monteiro) foi envolvido no caso a meu pedido. É ruim quando o problema é empurrado até ser escalado. Até agora (domingo) não recebi retorno da mensagem que mandei para ele na terça e quarta. Minha sensação é de orientação ao produto e não às pessoas (os processos / padrões do hotel são mais importantes que as pessoas / clientes). Uma pena. Como ultimo ponto, para reflexão, chama a atenção a ausência de hospedes negros. Chega a gerar um incomodo em quem pensa em I&D. Uma hospede comentou que se sentia em White Lotus.

Extremely polite, cold drinks and good food. Arleide, Simone and Gabriel brought us cocktails and everything we needed. I certainly recommend the trip to everyone with or without kids. It is incredible what they do in terms of service and finger food

Amazing foods and drinks. Arleide and Edwilson were perfect . The hotel is amazing also … great structure and amazing logistic resulting in perfect service on everything. We will be back for sure and will recommend Transamerica Comandatuba for everybody.

The entire experience... from our pick up at the airport to our return to the airport was excellent!! Wonderful experience, great food, friendly and warm staff, and a beautiful resort!!

I like vey much, excellent stay. Relaxing and beautiful. Despite of old furniture, good in general. Need some atention regarding damp smell in the room. It would be good if rooms have more electrical outlets and electrical lamps. Too dark in my opinion.
